I marked 2 stars because I made a large order on purpose with such a high shipping cost. It turned out that my order was not fully completed because:
1. the product was not in stock
2. the courier could not take such a large package (this is the information I received, although these two answers contradict each other)
Unfortunately, I did not receive information from the company about the shortages, then I would have exchanged for other products. This is not done.
I asked the company to send other products at their own expense at this price or to refund some of the shipping costs. Unfortunately, to this day I have not received a response, only a refund to my account.
