I paid an exorbitant shipping fee
I paid an exorbitant shipping fee to Canada (€40), and when it arrived, I had to pay another $17 Canadian for delivery. I will never use this service again.

Dear Customer,
The amount you are referring to is simply a tax levied by your country when a product is imported from abroad; our checkout page specifies that customs charges are payable by the end customer.
Great effective service !
The order was recieved and processed very efficiently and was kept informed on its movement. This is the first time I used XFARMA and I'll be sure to use them again as I had placed the order originally with another company and they we're not able to process despite being paid. They did refund me but I found your site and service super convenient ! So its XFARMA for me going forward !
