Excellent Customer Service

Juan Carlos Corrales is a value for this company. Customer Service was excellent and increases the companies image, trustability and value.

Quick and smooth customer service

Event got cancelled for external reasons to them. Authorities forced the cancellation in forest areas due to the hot whether, which is something outside their control. They immediately offered to replace or refund the ticket afterwards. The replacement of ticket was quick and effortless. Top customer service.

Scam warning

Scam warning – don’t trust this place!
We bought official tickets for an event at Lilly’s Club in Monte Carlo, received confirmation and QR codes, but were not allowed in. There were crowds of people outside, all with paid tickets, and nobody from the club offered help or explanation.

It was clearly a well-organized scam, taking money from hundreds and delivering nothing. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. Stay away from this place.

Please note that Xceed is a ticketing platform, and we do not have direct control over how individual venues manage their entry process on the night of the event. That said, we deeply regret that you were not allowed entry despite holding valid tickets and QR codes.

To make things right, we have already processed a full refund, including the transaction fees, as we believe no customer should pay for an experience they did not receive.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will be following up with the venue to better understand what went wrong and to ensure greater accountability moving forward.
