Very quick delivery time, parcel was oversized for the order!! Knives are great.

The product came with 5 years warranty and I have placed an claim on 24th of June and no replay or update was given at all, I had to remind them (24th Oct) that I need a replacement and why no one looking into the claim request. So far no replacement has been sent or neither a tracking number was provided, so the catch is 5 years of waiting time in order to get a replacement or there is no warranty at all !

After five years need replacing, not a life time! They arrived quickly and looked really good, but after five years of use they look very used! Chipped and none stock coming off, even though I used wooden or silicone spoons with them. Don't think they are very robust in the dishwasher. Will not be buying form this company again.

I am very happy with my purchase they came quickly and I am enjoying using the household shears they are good value for money.

The item I bought (a Zyliss jar opener) on the 30th of September 2024, has not yet been delivered. I used Shop as the payment intermediary. I got a message from them saying it had been picked up, but could not track it because there was no tracking number. I do not know who the delivery company is. So I cannot review the excellent item, which I bought for a friend in their 80s, and know will be excellent because I use one myself. But the delivery of said item— I am not satisfied with it.

Really wanted a salad spinner with a string that you pull, because I much prefer them to the crank kind. This does the trick perfectly

Bought a small and very useful frying pan in the sale. Good size for two-person household, easy to clean.
Item arrived well packed and in good time. I also purchased a wooden rolling pin which is beautifully solid and heavy, ideal for pastry.

Delivery was a little slow , I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't an issue.
The product that I ordered was ok, but felt flimsy, I'll probably be using the 5 year warranty.

Most important is the quality of the goods; the reason I have gone back for more again and again. Second is that the goods arrive pretty quickly, maybe not next day but at most a few days. And third, but by no means last, great exchange policy. We had one pot arrive with a very sticky handle (don't know why as all the others, frying pans etc are/were excellent) but no hassle, straight forward at no cost to me return and new one arrived shortly after.
