My go to company for kiln dried firewood, usually silver birch.
A bit of a mix up re delivery dates with my recent order but was quickly resolved by the company and my order was received within a couple of days.
Very good price and quality logs , huge crateful, much more than other companies and considerably cheaper.
Delivered promptly within the tracking timeline.

Ordering and delivery were great and…
Ordering and delivery were great and the quality of the logs is fantastic. My only issue is what to do with the crate they were delivered in. My neighbour had to dismantle it and take it to the tip. I live on my own and could not even move it when all the logs were removed.

Delivered to wrong address, waited a week and still no wood. Minimal communication. Fault is with delivery man but we are still without any fuel.

Product was delivered on time, as expected and the delivery driver dropped the pallet of logs exactly where I asked using an electric pump truck. All round very good.
