property at rh19 -I was the seller-they inflated the price by virtually 50% -so they portray a false valuation for the area

Zoopla has completely lost control over spam emails. I only signed up to get alerts for office listings in London, but now I receive 50–60 junk emails every single day, mostly from one company called "Ask Asif". It’s absolutely out of control.
I’ve unsubscribed repeatedly, it makes no difference. There’s no support, no reporting option, and no way to block this spam agents. Zoopla just lets them bombard users nonstop.
It’s shocking that a major platform allows this kind of abuse. My inbox is full of unwanted rubbish every day, and Zoopla simply ignores it. This needs urgent action, stop these spam agent or you’ll lose more users like me.

Absolutely abysmal site.
That's putting it mildly. Their draw your own area. Totally rubbish. Possibly designed by a 4 year old.
Cannot reset the area. Save the area or remove the area one has drawn.
Shame companies don't try out their websites. They would know how useless it is.
Use Rightmove. Much better, simpler, user friendly and easier to use.
Why do companies you leave feedback for, always say "sorry you feel that way?"
It is not a feeling, it is a fact.
This demonstrates their lack of concern.

Like others said, some agents keep deleting 1,000+ ads and reposting them every week. I have reported "City Spaces" repeatedly for doing this, yet nothing is ever done. Meanwhile, companies like us pay for premium listings and large membership fees in Zoopla commercial rent, only to be pushed down and disappear from search results, buried on page 40+.
If this continues, I will raise it with Trading Standards and contact other agents to make a joint complaint. Better to stop using Zoopla and focus on Rightmove instead.

Bad business in general, they do not have any customer support and never reply to enquiries. I honestly do not understand how they operate their business with such behavior. However, the search engine is good, especially that you can look for specific criteria and view all properties on the map.

Almost non existent customer service, the right hand has literally no idea what the left is doing. No internal communication from what I can tell. Cant speak to anyone, email or VR chat only. I cancelled one subscription to one of my businesses, they somehow managed to cancel one that i wanted to keep, the one i didn't is still live ! No one will answer the phone. Customers are complaining to me because they cant see their property advertised....all because Zoopla cant do their jobs properly - time to cancel in its entirety i think and maybe explore On The Market, surely cant be this poor!!

They are asking for a reply via email but no option to do there so updating here
With the government changes re landlords and those with second properties, the market is flooded with apartments and the prices are rapidly falling due to this, it really is a buyers market. You can see properties being reduced daily in bournemouth area

The website is easy to use BUT sometimes has wrong information. More importantly, when clicking on 'contact the agent' or requesting more information or a viewing, the agents often say they never received an email or notification.

I requested a simple evaluation (which lacked so much specificity it was pointless), on top of that, I received plenty of emails about other, irrelevant properties that were going on sale.
I am now going through a multi-process 'ticketed it request' to delete my account.
Their service is verging on a scam.
*Note Updated feedback on as a request to remove this was put forward by Zoopla'

While checking my affordability for a house, they took all my information and in the end forced me to login. They should tell this up front. Secondly, they did not even tell me that rather showed my a best match. Feeling deceived.

Keep sending me alerts despite unsubscribing. Their support team is very unprofessional and fails to acknowledge that's it's an issue on their side.
I've now reported their domain to Gmail as junk mail as well as passed this on to the ICO.

Zoopla’s commercial office advertising section is being openly abused, and nothing is being done about it. Every single week, certain agents delete and repost hundreds (sometimes thousands) of ads just to stay at the top of search results. This isn’t a small technical error, it’s a deliberate tactic that floods pages and blocks other agents from being seen.
The biggest culprits are City Spaces and My Next Office, who together hold around 2,500 ads and constantly recycle them. Dozens of formal reports have been sent in by different agents, yet Zoopla ignores them completely. Smaller agents, on the other hand, get penalised for far less.
If Zoopla continues to allow this manipulation, then paying agents need to seriously reconsider whether this platform is worth supporting. Fair competition is the bare minimum we should expect, and right now, Zoopla is failing to deliver it.

I am warning anyone concerned about privacy, image rights, and lawful advertising — Zoopla refuses to remove photographs of your home even after you withdraw consent in writing, if you were not the person who created the listing.
In my case, photographs of the inside of my private home — showing my possessions — were uploaded by an estate agent without my permission. I notified Zoopla in writing, clearly stating that I did not consent to the continued use of my images and that the content breached my rights under the UK GDPR (UK Data Protection Act 2018) and potentially copyright law.
Their response? They refused to act, claiming they are “just an advertising website” and cannot remove content unless instructed by the estate agent — even when notified that the agent’s use is unauthorised and potentially unlawful.
This approach not only ignores an individual’s rights over their own images, it also risks breaching the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (in force from April 2025), which require full and accurate material information in property advertising and prohibit misleading or unlawful practices.
The implication is clear:
✅ Your home could be photographed and listed without your permission.
✅ If you demand removal, Zoopla will ignore you unless the agent agrees.
✅ Even if that content breaches data protection law, they will leave it online.
This is not responsible practice from one of the UK’s largest property platforms. If you value your privacy, ownership of your images, and truthful advertising, be extremely cautious. Once your images are online with Zoopla, you may have no control over their use.

My email alerts suddenly stopped working. I went onto site to see what the issue was I reset this with all the types of properties I wanted alerts about. Three months later no emails. Poorly designed website.

Credit where due - following earlier feedback that incorrect details were included on their website due to confusion over a large block of retirement flats on the same street, the listed addresses are now correctly differentiated (flats vs. houses), and my property has been excluded from the list, as not being valued or sold in the recent time period when shared data became available.
It is possible there is more automation in resolving online reported errors as for many years previously agents were not able or willing to resolve valuation and description errors, or the platform has been improved to include more quality checks.
There are still a few errors where historical property photos for houses sold show views of the retirement flats only.
( Ironically the other large online property site [R..M.] have incorrect addresses - flat number as property number, property number not assigned to street name- for all the flats in the block !.. )
This is baffling as it can't be that unusual to have mixed dwelling types on residential streets.

Woefully inaccurate property price guessing, whatever data you're using is skewed. Identical house next door in the same decorative condition is guessed at £50k less than mine, which is guessed at £45k over the actual valuation.
Your algorithm, data, or both are just nonsense.

Suddenly stopped displaying Crime rates which is absolutely vital when considering property. Sort this issue out!

have been a Zoopla customer for several years, but recently I’ve been trying to cancel my membership—and unfortunately, no one has responded to my requests. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional, and I’m very dissatisfied with the service. It seems no one is able (or willing) to explain how to properly terminate the agreement. How convenient.

We were recently assigned a new account manager, Michael Olayokun, who convinced me to upgrade to the Platinum package by presenting it as a strong opportunity for new business through lead generation. However, I later discovered that the leads he was showing me were actually coming from my existing adverts—not new business as initially implied.
When I questioned this, he shifted the explanation and claimed the new business element was actually part of a separate service called Prospect Plus, which he said wasn’t his responsibility and that he would pass on their contact details instead.
Frankly, I feel misled. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the information I was given during the upsell, and I would appreciate an honest explanation of what exactly I’ve paid for.

The TEAM at Dwelling Solutions Absolutely disgusting behaviour I had one of your agents phone me this Saturday 12/07/25 asking me if I’d like to view a property in barking riverside i jumped at the opportunity he asked if I’d like to be the first viewer and I’d get first refusal so obviously I said YES as I’m desperate to find my forever home with my son after loosing my oldest son to suicide. My appointment was at 11.30am so as with all my appointments I like to get there early and not keep anyone waiting “nothing worse”… at 11.50 I phoned him to ask where he’s colleague was as there was NO sign of her? I was standing at the property’s entrance he said he’d phone her to ask and promptly messaged me to say she’d be 10 minutes after 10 minutes still no show I’m pacing up and down 10 minutes passes and still no show so I messaged him again he sent back a message to say she’s stuck in traffic ‘So leave earlier’ still pacing up and down another 20 minutes passes still no sign I phoned him to ask where she is as I think it’s really disgusting to keep people waiting and bad business now this is 1hour iv been waiting so phoned AGAIN!! Apparently she’s had an accident on the A13 happen in front of her and is delayed when I looked on my maps there is as NO accidents that day traffic was light and clear ??? So this is now 1hr 20 minutes later she gets out of an OLD black focus and starts to head towards myself and the property I was told by him what car she has she saw me standing at the entrance turns back around and heads back to her car? Then 5 minutes later does exactly the same thing this is now looking like she’s stalling for time … 🤷♀️she’s now walking towards me on her phone at exactly the same time meets a couple as the same ethnicity as herself!!! She unlocks the entrance and takes them up to the main door ,I’m now beside myself because if this person wants the flat then I don’t stand a chance as there the first viewers I phoned her colleague to say what’s happened and how disgusting this behaviour is that iv been waiting 1 1/2 hours and she’s obviously stalked me for time waiting for the next person to show there the same ethnicity and the same traditional dress ‘I’m English’ I let her colleague know this on the phone he’s comment were I’m racist and that I’m not viewing the property 😡I phoned back as he put the phone down abruptly he wouldn’t answer I phoned 3 times to support my case and to let him know I’m the most un racist person he’d ever meet ! I walked to my car upset hurt and very disappointed as I was about to exit the riverside she phones to call me back to the property and sort this out which I was more than happy to do so.On my return she was on her phone once again found this offensive and bad business she then kept me waiting while she ended her conversation she accused me of the racial comment I’d made previously it was not racial or anything to do with colour or creed I was pointing out the fact they were the same ethnicity and traditional dress and the fact she stalled me for time for an hour and a half !!! She looked at me with a smirk and told me I’m not viewing the property and she will NOT be renting it out to someone like myself then my argument was you phoned me back just to get me here to say that with glee wow I couldn’t believe it I’m very vulnerable as I lost my son to suicide I felt threatened by her behaviour and almost victimised.I left and proceeded my journey now all my friends that are mixed race different nationality’s I might add are telling me there’d be my witnesses to take this matter further and to get my local MP involved I have NO words for this behaviour I will also be going to citizen’s advice to not only clear my name but to put a black mark against her and her colleagues Something stinks? Unfortunately I never got any names but I’m with housing solutions and these were agents sent by Zoopla to show me the property absolutely disgusting behaviour rude arrogant unprofessional people and to belittle me to say I’m not viewing the property when I suffer with anxiety they really have not heard the last and to think she can “play God” with the property’s absolutely astounds me my family and friends.I will with NO hesitation be taking this matter further with NO delay I want NOT just a written apology I’d like a facial one and WILL be perusing this. All messages and missed calls are all logged into my phone as evidence where I was blatantly ignored…
