Delayed orders. No accountability. Rider keeps changing

Delayed orders. No accountability. Rider keeps changing. The AI is automated , not to forward queries to executives. After 30 mins of trying a human comes online and requests another 20 mins for delivery.
An order that was to be delivered in 20 mins is now 1 hour 20 mins.
They have become like Uber, the riders now call and ask if the order is COD or prepaid. Zomato is dying

This a fraud company

This a fraud company, they take money and cancel the order keep our money for few days to make interest on it, we have to follow up for refund and they ignore and respond rude, no can question them
the restaurant also face same harassment for their payment

No customer service by Zomato

I ordered tikki and wat I got pls check highly unprofessional even street vendor deliver better than this, highly unprofessional way of delivery. Highly disappointed I throw all the chaat and tikki plate.
Do not order online if you do not want to waste your money.
They put all things in one box and send so think before order they don't know how to pack. And because of bot you will not get any support from zomato also. I shared photo to them so they said they want video otherwise they can't give any resolution.
But atleast it will not happen with anyone I will share this everywhere.

Zomato was a fraud food service was horrible i ordered food but I got stale food and try to complaint this to customer service but they didn't givee any response and after two day I got an email we are unable to do any thing 😭😭😞 I felt very sad I asked for refund money plz i request don't place an order with this app they fraud they took your money and don't give you good servise I must say the ceo of this company also not take a compliant seriously

Highly pathetic customer service and…

Highly pathetic customer service and care. Bunch of idiots are running this company and will go down soon if they don't improve customer service. If they cannot honour they delivery time commitment or resolution I think it's already at dooms stage

Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered food, and it never arrived. Customer support was unhelpful, robotic, and refused to provide a refund despite me sharing proof. Essentially, they took my money and didn't provide the food. Do not trust them with your money! Zero stars if I could.

Poor and pathetic service by Zomato.Not any customer support available..in rating not possible than 1 star otherwise Zomato deserve minus score for customer service.Swiggy is 100 time more responsive and better service than Zomato...I request all the users that if you plan any party and order from Zomato..don't do it..Third class service provider.

Horrible experience I deleted this app whenever tried calling for refund they just share the RN number sometimes items are missing but not getting any resolution. This app is good for nothing i will highly recommend people not to use this.

Zomato is a chor company

Zomato is a chor company. They are cheating the hard money earned of the common person. Even requesting multiple time to cancell the orderthey are saying no refund will be provided. Without my consent zomato is own cancelling the order. I will never ever order to zomato.
They have taken from me and not deliver the food

This is the worst app

This is the worst app. I ordered from Zomato, and at the same time I also ordered from Blinkit. I clearly told both delivery partners to keep the order at my doorstep. I received my Blinkit order, but I did not receive my Zomato order.
When I spoke to the delivery partner, he said, “Main kya karu?” How can he say that? I paid for the order. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive any support or refund.
Very disappointed. I will never use this app again and I am uninstalling it.

Zomato is a terrible delivery company I ordered thrgh them via order no 7822216570 on 21st February 2026, the order was neither delivered nor i got any refund even after following with the support and the help desk
I feel sorry for their poor way of handling customers

Irresponsible Delivery Team

I placed an order for 3 items, 2 days back on 20-02-2026, (food in train)to be delivered at Tiruchchirapali station. Just 5 mnts before reaching the station, I got a call from Zomoto saying 1 item not available hence it can be compensated with other items. But before confirming, the call got disconnected and by the time train reached station. Surprisingly zomoto delivery person is standing in front of our cabin with food. As per him, missing food is compensated by idlies to match the price. The packing doesn't look convincing. I requested him to see packings, but instead he was telling to show him Zomoto app as he wants to complete the order formalities. In view of above I didn't accept my order, as I felt unhealthy (even though i am diabetic).
After very long pause I started ordering with Zomoto but it ended up like this. I won't recommend Zomoto .....
Zomoto management please look in to the issue and try eliminate the gap, thus gain the customer confidence...
