I ordered a product key so I could download the game. Was straightforward, and got the code emailed to me within 10 minutes of purchasing the product.

Everything worked as advertised. Received code in minutes.

I don't like making new accounts a lot but that comes with the field. My credit card information was processed securely.

One thing i don't like was that the password for the site was written out in the welcoming e-mail. Convenient, but a potential security leak and easily scanned by Google.

EDIT: I'm thankful for the detailed reply from ZiiP. Their consideration regarding the password contained in the welcome e-mail is heartening. I am aware that the mention of the password in e-mail is no real security concern from the standpoint of Google - although I will note that I believe Google uses e-mail content automatically for targeted advertising. Shouldn't be a problem.

So yeah, ZiiP comes well advised.

I was a bit vary about ordering a steam key from a third party, but after some research I went ahead and bit the bullet. And I am glad that I did! Delivery arrived in a few minutes and I have had no issues whatsoever.

This was the first time I ordered a game online where I wasn't getting an actual product in my hand, and I'm a worrier... I panicked about the code being wrong and me not getting the email with the code, or the code not coming... but I didn't need to, everything happened just as they said they would.
There was a brief moment when I ordered and it took 15 minutes to get the product code via email.
I can assure you all there is no need to worry, and they did such a good job, and are such good value for money, that not only will i shop there again I have already recommended them!

I was a bit sceptical, but after reading the review decided to buy the game from ZiiP. It took about 3 hours from when I bought the game to when I got the download code which was ideal - no having to wait a few days for the game in the post!

I bought L.A. Noire on Ziip and i found the global experience really cool. The code was just up and running on Steam, and the "delivery" was incredibly fast. It took just half an hour, I didn't think it was possible... well, it was and i can't do anything else but recommend you this store :)

I like many was weary, even to the point where I submitted a contact form after not receiving my code after 15 minutes, to within minutes receive a reply indicating everything was well and i would receive my code within 5-10 mins. 5 Mins later, im now in the process of downloading FM 2013. Brilliant Service, Can be trusted!!

Purchased steam key for Spec Ops - The Line.. Received within 5 minutes I think it was.

Ordered far cry 3, downloading and installed it and used the supplied code. Worked perfectly. What is amazing is that I ordered this on a SUNDAY NIGHT! And I still got a courtesy call from James to say that they would be getting me my code within 10 minutes. My new game store is Ziip. Highly recommended.
