The screenflow made it really easy to use. I had a couple of queries afterwards, and they answered ewithin 12 hours. Great service.

I received all the paperwork to the post and it’s clearly marked where myself and witnesses have to sign which is a blessing and easier to cope with as , I ordered both power-of-attorney health and financial forms . They didn’t take long in being delivered. So now I have to fill them in with my witnesses and post it back to another address to be authorised so far I have found it an easy procedure to follow.

Excellent service. The form was very easy to complete. But if you had a problem then help was available on the end of the phone. I spoke to Harrison and he was very helpful. He really knew what he was talking about and explained things in simple terms.

After paying in full and then finding out the registration of your power of attorney is not part of the Zenco fees, this is paid separately to the office of public guardian ontop of the Zenco fees. I contacted Zenco they was extremely accommodating and helpful in the matter and all was resolved. Thank you.
