Everything was explained in lay man's terms so I knew exactly what it entailed. I filled out the form they throughly checked it through with me on the phone. When I received the documents they had post it notes with names on so everyone knew exactly where to sign which was really helpful. Have already recommend to family and friends.

The whole process was very intuitive and speedy. Within 3 days I had the forms on my desk ready for signatures. An excellent service.

It’s affordable

From the start, everything was in simple explanation. A comprehensive guide to fill in the application.
On recieving the papers it was a great relief that the company had filled in the items not required and indicated all that had to be signed.
My only worry was that as soon as I finished my power of attorney, the programme started on power of attorney for my nominees. There should be a stop section with an offer to carry on with other people.

Easy to navigate and complete highly recommend

It was so easy to apply for our lasting power of attorney.

Really.helpful every step on the phone and by tagging documents with post its,I would have had to resubmit twice if id done it without them,well worth the money

The application process was fairly easy and support given was good.

Downside was the mix up of sending documents.

i started my application yesterday, i received the documents to check, i needed more information before accepting the documents, i phoned them and they were excellent and went through everything with me explaining any questions I needed answering, I viewed and accepted the documents, within about four hours they e mailed and said the documents had been drawn up and on their way to me for signatures, the service was very quick and all staff I spoke to were very helpful and professional.

Zenco are brilliant to say the least . I went to them to sort out my power of eterny etc . Although they make things really easy , I can still mess up as I've got the attention span of a flea and the memory of a goldfish. They was patient ,friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. They also helped me save money when I was going pay . If you are looking for someone to help sort things out then I highly recommend as they do go that extra mile.
