These guys gave us a low ball offer, to get the contract and then inflated the costs to almost double the initial estimate.
They did finish ninety percent of the job, after alot of arguing, so could have been worse I guess.
Their salesperson, Dylan, was very persuasive and made several promises. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t eventuate.
Our budget blew out by around 60%. The quality of work was mediocre, and we ultimately had to hire another builder to finish the project. What was supposed to be a two-month job turned into a 12-month project.
If you choose to use this builder, I strongly recommend having a lawyer review the contract and adding a clear sunset clause (with defined timelines and consequences).
