The worst after sales service on scuba diving BCD

Bought at new Zeagle BCD in september 2014. In the summer 2015 the BCD leaked after 15 dives. The BCD was returned to my local divestore in late july 2015. Now three months later (end of october 2015), I still have no BCD. My local danish divestore has tried to communicate whith the european Zeagle dealer, but nothing has been done, so now my local dive store has ordered a new BCD directly from Zeagle USA, and bypassed the european agent in Germany. Result. I have not had my BCD for 3 out of 14 months :-(
