Ordered on 09/07/26, due on 14/07/26. Evri never delivered it. Zara then changed the delivery date to the 15th/16th. Evri confirmed they lost the parcel and I have proof. I sent everything to Zara, b... See more

Brought a light pink Asymmetrical skort…
Brought a light pink Asymmetrical skort in March, the zip started to come away and wouldn't go up or down. Thought this was just general wear and tear so brought another one as i did like the skort. Within 10 days this one had done the same and i was completely stuck in it at work. Couldn't go to the toilet as couldn't get the zip undone. Contacted them and they would only refund me for the one brought online

Boycotting Zara!
Boycotting Zara!
Worst customer service I’ve encountered from a clothing retailer. Just don’t trust them, don’t give them your money. Especially before you receive goods.
I was sent a very faulty item and it’s been a nightmare to return and I’ve never been refunded!
They have zero customer service
They have zero customer service, all run by AI agents with Indian names. It was bad enough when companies offloaded all customer service to India, but this is a whole new level of useless. good luck if you have a problem.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I buy from Zara a lot and unfortunately missed a return window by 5 days and they would not help at all. Would not transfer my call to a manager and would not give me store credit. Hung up on my after I continued to ask for a manager. Other companies, like Revolve, would have given a one time courtesy and let me return. I will not be buying from Zara any more.
Extremely disappointed with how ZARA…
Extremely disappointed with how ZARA handled my missing parcel complaint.
I did not received my order and the courier's delivery photo appears to show a different entrance from my property, with no visible house number or verifiable address.
Despite this, ZARA stated that the parcel was delivered to "my area" and offered a replacement "as an exception". That wording is deeply concerning. Delivery to an area is not proof of delivery to the customer's address, a a replacement should not be framed as a favour when the delivery evidence itself is disputed.
This is no longer about the clothes, it is about fair treatment, proper investigation , and a customer's integrity.
I love the clothes though they are…
I love the clothes though they are pricey. the designs are unique but unfortunately the sizes are not inclusive and SKU stocks are limited. Quality has been criticized but I dont see any problem with them.
Disrespectful Customer Service
I thought long and hard about whether I should even report what happened today at the Zara store on Robson Street.
I am not the type of person who rushes home to write a negative review about every unpleasant experience. In general, I much prefer to compliment people for their professionalism, hard work, and the respect they show toward their workplace and their customers.
However, as a loyal Zara customer for more than 20 years, I experienced such a shocking level of disrespect today that I do not feel the slightest hesitation in filing a complaint about two younger employees at this store.
The person who identified herself as the manager was named by the cashier as *Sandra*. The cashier who initiated the entire situation was not wearing a name tag, nor, as I noticed, were any of the employees in the store.
This is what happened.
Earlier today, I walked into the store to browse around. Naturally, I found a few items I wanted to purchase, so I went to the checkout and stood behind another customer who was already waiting in line. At that moment, it never even crossed my mind whether I was standing in the line for purchases or the line for returns. There were only two of us waiting.
When it was the customer in front of me's turn, the cashier asked whether she was making a return or purchasing items. From what I could hear, she was also buying merchandise and had accidentally joined the wrong line.
I still hadn't realized I was in the wrong queue until the cashier, while serving the customer ahead of me, looked at me and, in a noticeably arrogant tone, asked whether I was returning items or making a purchase.
That was when I realized my mistake. I answered that I was purchasing items.
The cashier told me that the purchase line was on the other side. I already knew that—I had simply made an honest mistake.
When I looked over, there were already four people waiting in the correct purchase line. Since I had already informed the cashier that I was purchasing items, once the customer in front of me finished checking out, I was next and I stepped forward to her because she was already operating a purchase register.
Her reaction was completely unprofessional. She was arrogant, dismissive, and acted as though I had committed some unforgivable offense and now needed to be taught a lesson by forcing me to follow the rules, even though, by order of arrival, it was technically my turn to pay. My only mistake had been standing in the wrong line.
She began scanning my items in a disrespectful manner. When I politely asked how much one of the dresses cost, instead of answering, she simply pointed her finger at the register display, as if to say, "It's right there."
That level of rudeness and lack of professionalism prompted me to ask her to call the store manager.
At first, the cashier ignored me, pretending not to understand my request. Only after I insisted did she call the manager, Sandra.
Unfortunately, that was when the situation became even worse.
Sandra made no effort whatsoever to listen to my concerns. She approached carrying her handheld scanner and immediately began speaking to me in a commanding, almost authoritarian tone, without even introducing herself.
As I tried to explain why I had asked to speak with a manager, mentioning that I had been shopping at Zara for over 20 years and therefore understood the store's procedures, she repeatedly interrupted me in a rude manner. She insisted on explaining the store's rules instead of allowing me to finish explaining what had actually happened.
I simply could not believe what was happening.
I finally had to raise my voice—not out of aggression, but simply so she would stop interrupting me and listen. I asked whether there was anyone above her in the store that I could speak with.
The moment I raised my voice enough to be heard, Sandra immediately started shouting back at me, insisting that there was no one above her because she was the manager.
When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me.
At that point, I instantly developed a headache from the sheer level of disrespect I was experiencing.
I am a middle-aged woman. I certainly did not walk into Zara, accidentally stand in the wrong line, and deserve to be treated as though I had committed a crime.
It makes me wonder where customer service has gone.
There was a time when treating customers with respect was one of the most important values in retail. Sadly, those days seem to be disappearing..
Their behavior was embarrassing, and I cannot believe Zara's management allows employees on Robson St stores to treat customers this way.
I intend to report this incident through every appropriate channel because I did not deserve to be treated this way after more than 20 years of loyalty to Zara.
No delivery
Hi, i placed an order for co-ord items 9 in all since 27 May in U.K., till now, only two which i bought because they came in pairs, have been delivered. I got a processed refund for only 6 out of the outstanding 7 items and i am wondering why. I also want to return the 2 items with me, as i am highly disappointed and they are useless to me. It is past the teturn time, but that is not my fault ad your team kept telling me the others wilk come, until now, they haven’t! I want my entire refund please and an adequate response to my chat! My order number is 54295415877 and all contact details is on the account associated with this order. Quick response will be appreciated for all purchases done on 27 May 2026
Zara online buying experience is not what it used to be!
Zara online buying experience is not that great. They definitely need to review their policies especially delivery and returns. A purchase made in July 3rd shows a delivery date of July 21st and the return being advertised as within 30 days from date of purchase only leaves the purchaser with 14 days and not 30 days advertised.
"I purchased a garment and returned it…
"I purchased a garment and returned it to the store on the same day. During the refund process to my card, an error occurred, and the funds were placed in an internal 'limbo' account they call 'Diner' for internal operations.
Although the store acknowledges the error, they have not returned my money, and 26 days have already passed. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Junta de Andalucía and am currently awaiting official action.

Even one star is too much for them
Even one star is too much for them. Zara customer service in France is incredibly rude and impolite. The service in their stores is terrible, and I have never seen a Zara location anywhere else that compares to the absolute nightmare of the ones in France!
I purchased a dress online and double…
I purchased a dress online and double checked the size guides before I purchased. I'm size 10/12 and the size M was recommended by zara. When it arrived it was suitable for someone who is a size 8! If I'd known how small made this was, I would have ordered the large and now it's showing out of stock. Zara really need to sort this out! So disappointed as it was such a lovely dress.
extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with both Zara and Amazon Shipping.
My order was originally scheduled for Sunday, but it was delivered a day earlier on Saturday without any prior notice. The courier left my parcel directly outside my front door in a clearly visible location, despite there being a safer place on my property where it could have been left securely. The delivery photo itself proves this.
I arrived home approximately one hour later, and the parcel had already been stolen.
I immediately reported the incident to Amazon Shipping, who opened an investigation. Five days later, I still have not received any update. Amazon Shipping tells me to contact the retailer, while Zara simply states that the parcel was marked as “delivered” and refuses to provide either a refund or a replacement.
As a customer, I have been left to absorb the loss caused by an unsafe delivery that was entirely outside my control. Passing responsibility back and forth between the courier and the retailer is unacceptable.
I expected much better customer service from a global company like Zara. I will be escalating this matter through my bank and the appropriate consumer protection channels.
Very disappointing experience.
I had a frustrating experience trying…
I had a frustrating experience trying to buy a pair of pants from Zara. I first visited the Burlington store, where they didn’t have my size in stock. The staff told me that a Toronto location had the size I needed, so I asked if they could place the item on hold for me since it would be a long drive. I was told they couldn’t.
I then tried ordering the pants online, but they were already out of stock. After that, I tried calling the Toronto store directly, only to find out that there is no way to reach the store. The call goes to a general customer service line, and the representative was unable to contact the store or arrange to have the item put on hold.
It’s disappointing that a company as large as Zara doesn’t offer a way to speak with individual stores or reserve an item that’s showing as available. Customers shouldn’t have to drive across the city with no guarantee that the item will still be there when they arrive, especially when the item is no longer available online. Improving communication between stores and customers would make for a much better shopping experience.
A disaster—a terrible experience
A disaster—a terrible experience! I made my purchase on June 16th, but it wasn't until June 30th that I was able to chat with someone; they told me to wait 48 hours for an update on my order. After those 48 hours, the status remained unchanged—they hadn't even prepared it. Today is July 2nd, and I am still waiting.
