I ordered a box years ago. Many times i tried to contact them, they did everything but address the problem. Fraud company.
Do not recommend signing up here
This is my review as a customer for about 1 and a half years. Juice quality is really good. But unfortunately there a so many negatives here. They like to say they offer a variety of juice but they have no problem sending you the same flavors and bottles every month until you complain about it. My last straw was this situation- I was billing for multiple months of product and not being sent anything. I attempted to reach “customer service”, and I’m using quotes because they are non existent. You will get no response from them and they will continue to bill you. I had to call my bank to stop it. Customer service did reach out to confirm I wanted to cancel the subscription 3 months after I requested that. All around would not recommend this company until they fix their customer service issues.
Love the product but…
Love the product. Love how I don’t have to think about it, it just comes. However, I have been trying to contact their customer service for two months. I changed my address, and they keep sending my subscriptions to my old address. I’ve lost 120 dollars on product because of this. Please. For the love of God, will someone please come about this issue.
Absolutely zero customer service
Like so many, I'd give zero stars if possible. My order had been "Awaiting Fulfillment" for two weeks, so I contacted them through their chat on the website. Waited a few days and got nothing, so I sent another message. Waited more and nothing. So I emailed and waited. I called and left a voicemail twice. I had asked for a refund on the order after the first week of no response and asked to cancel my subscription after the 3rd week. They don't let you just cancel it, you have to contact them to cancel it, which is really annoying. It's been 4 weeks now, and the only response I got was that they canceled my subscription. Even though i asked for a refund in the same email, they didn't acknowledge that part at all. The order has now finally been shipped, a month after it was supposed to, but at this point, I find that even more frustrating because I don't want anything from this atrocious company.

Zamplebox has always been great to me. Sometimes the boxes come a bit slow but for the most part, i like them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been trying to cancel a subscription for nearly a month with the only response being "everyone is out sick".

Was a great service, but I can no longer support this company. Been using this service for a few years, and since I buy the box at the upper end of my juice requirements I usually end up with a few extra each month. Every few months I would cancel or skip a month in order to cut down on my back stock. However, recently they have made it necessary to email or call directly to cancel or modify a subscription. This blatant dark pattern that looks to discourage me from altering this service for me is upsetting. I have now cancelled my subscription permanently, and will be looking for an alternative. Would love to be able to recommend this service to others, but their new policies prevent me from doing this in good conscious.

No dessert and rose flavors please
At least two of the juices I received were thick, sweet dessert flavors and one tastes like roses. I didn't like any of these. There were a couple of light-colored, fruit-tasting ones that I do really like. My preferences definitely lean toward the fruit flavors.

Overall, my monthly subscription was good. At one time though, I was receiving unwanted flavors for months. I must have gave away approx 30-40 bottles of menthol flavored vape juice.
