Awesome got what i ordered and came in a reasonable time

Good service to get vape products for a reasonable price. There have been some issues with modifying accounts with the recent website overhaul.

Great delivery - but the flavors seemed to be very muted. I could barely taste the difference between the two fruity flavors and the "cool menthol" flavor had barely any effect. Maybe I got a "watered-down" box but I couldn't sample anything between the 3 flavors of my zamplebox.

The samples, for Three months have been just a box of one flavor. Mod Vape "rich tobacco"
There is no variation, just 9 bottles of the same overbland tedious flavor

Company took over 500 dollars of money and didn't send anything to me. Multiple calls and emails are ignored. These guys will scam you one way or another.. BEWARE.

Hard to change preferences and cancel subscriptions

What’s going on with Zamplebox? I’ve tried calling and leaving voicemail for 2 weeks everyday. I’ve sent emails. I’m not getting any response from them at all. Are they still in business? It’s currently November 3rd, 2025.

Always a quick and easy process

There's nobody answering customer service, either phone or email. It's been more than 2

There's a problem with my subscription, but nobody's trying to fix it in a prompt manner.

I like the variety of different flavors to try from different brands. I have definitely bought full sized bottles from a few of them

I really don’t like that. You cannot pick your flavors for your box. Please bring that feature back. You guys keep sending me a bunch of nasty flavors.

Although I have selected only fruity as my flavour profile I repeatedly receive tobacco flavoured bottles in my box... I now have an entire box of full bottles that I will never use

I dislike that they some time change the day to take payment out of my account. The only other thing is I don't have a way to get them not send me things with coconut or mangoes. Other than that I like the company and products.

Been a member for 7 years. Good value even though I throw away 3-5 bottles per 12 bottle box…can’t seem to get my flavors changed. The old flavor system was much better..,
