The worst company I have ever been involved with.
I had to nag for months for my boiler to be serviced. I wrote a Trustpilot review and they finally contacted me and arranged an appointment. I stupidly took the review down. It was then booked in (told a date, not asked) so I had to take annual leave. Nobody showed. I emailed and stated I was very unhappy at this (no complaint logged) but did receive a call of apology and they rearranged the appointment for 3 week later.
The engineer did come on that day (I wish he hadn't) he said he believed there was an issue with a valve in boiler (yes, believed but wasn't certain) and proceeded to cut my boiler AND my gas off (my heating, hot water, fire and cooker are all gas). I was given no documentation and I am STILL to hear from YourRepair.
I emailed a complaint 8 days ago too and haven't had this acknowledged but did get an email saying they won't cancel my contract without me paying their termination fee. You'd think, after how I've been treated and how long I have been left without gas, the least they could do would be to waive it. Needless to say, I will wait another 7 weeks so I can go to the Financial Ombudsman and I have already reported the company itself (when I was told that none of their procedures were correct).

Boiler ex Service
Boiler service booked cancelled the first time. Rebooked and engineer arrived on time after giving us 30 minute phone call. Boiler serviced and left in clean tidy condition. Only took 20 minutes all ok
