After waiting a life time, I found that I had missed their call for my delivery, not that this company could not have emailed me to let me know. But that was a minor hicup.
When I finally received my purchase to my amazement I found it all to be flat packed, now I didn't see that when I made my purchase but it could have been me, not reading every single piece of information. To my disappointment the furniture I purchased didn't look exactly the same as on the web page. I had only made my purchase as when I was looking to increase some storage space in one if the bedrooms I thought it would be nice to match the existing furniture. Now I have something similar, I can either put up with it or change the rest of the furniture to match the new pieces. But I really don't fancy going through those hoops again, one more point I had to have a day they specified for my delivery, there was no choosing a day to suit me.

We ordered our furniture and within a day received an email informing us of delivery. I rang to change the time and date and was given an alternative without question or problem. The furniture arrived on time and well packaged. The furniture is beautiful and well made and looks wonderful. We will definitely use this company again. Absolutely brilliant service and products.

Ordered unit and tables, tables out of stock, no delivery of unit, then advised they were waiting 6-8 weeks for the tables before despatching the unit, despite us specifically enquiring about immediate delivery of unit. Much backward and forward and they eventually agreed to delver the unit first but only if we paid for delivery (despite it being advertised as free), reluctantly agreed then advised the one man delivery might not manage on his own and if he did he would leave the unit literally inside front door and not move to the lounge, again I agreed to pay the rip off £25 for the 2 man team as I would not be at home (I had arranged to be local the previous week when the one man delivery was expected in order I could assist), they delivered into the lounge but did not unpack and my wife struggled with this and she could not get the unit into position as it was too heavy. Poor communication ( did not return calls when promised, I had to chase a few times to get the delivery sorted) and contradictory advice throughout, no apology and we ended up paying extra for sub standard delivery, still awaiting tables but will not use this company again

I've used this company twice recently, both times the furniture was of excellent quality, but the delivery experience was very different for each. The first item arrived quickly, on the day it was supposed to and I had a call from the delivery driver telling me when he was 20 mins away - brilliant. The second item was delivered by a different company - UPS - and was a completely contrasting experience. UPS said they would deliver on a particular day, at some point between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm, or possibly even later, but could not (or would not) be more specific than this. I stayed in all day but nothing - no delivery, no phone call. The UPS tracking page was unhelpful to say the least, so I contacted Your Furniture Online by email, as it was after office hours. To their credit, they got back to me and explained the item would be delivered by UPS the next day (for some reason it had got to UPS too late to be delivered when UPS said it was going to be delivered!), but that the same huge delivery window would apply. The item was finally delivered at 5.00 pm on the second day, meaning I has wasted two whole days waiting for the delivery. It is just not acceptable in this day & age that UPS can act in this high-handed manner - other delivery companies can & do offer a much better service, giving much smaller time slots & courtesy phone calls (see above) - I do not accept that they don't know the scheduled route of their drivers on any given day & therefore also know an approximate delivery slot. Again to their credit, when I expressed my view to Your Furniture Online, they immediately agreed to refund the 20 pound delivery charge I had paid, which I thought was very fair. To conclude; the furniture was of excellent quality & value, and the first delivery was on time & as expected, and I have no problem with Your Furniture Online & would used them again. BUT, I would never use UPS again, no matter what the circumstances. Their "service" is non-existent and it is telling that the apology has come from Your Furniture Online and not from UPS, the company that inconvenienced me for two whole days.

From the start it was a disaster, 3 times I arranged to take delivery of goods that never arrived. In the end after 2 weeks of being wound up I went elsewhere. I would NEVER use or recommend this company.

I ordered two lamp tables - they arrived on the day stated with very clear
instructions and look just as shown on web site. We are very happy to
recommend this company.

This is the second time I have ordered furniture. This time it only took two weeks for the furniture to arrive. The book cases I ordered are flat pack but the quality of the wood is very good and the end product is very robust.

Excellent product at a very reasonable price. The product was everything as advertised on web site. Arrived safely and all intact. Very easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.

Very Happy.Just what the wife wanted.She had been looking for a certain type,shape and size of coffee table for a long time until she came upon your website advertising a beautiful oak coffee table which also had a shelf underneath,all for a very reasonable price.

I'm not one for buying on line, but decided to order 5 items of furniture. The service was amazing from acknowledgement of order right thro to delivery, every step of the way I got emails to tell me exactly what was happening with my order, & then giving me a 4 hour delivery slot. The furniture was very well packed & assembly was minimal. In fact from time of delivery to putting furniture in its place was 1 hour. Thank you for a wonderful service, will definitely use you again.

We ordered a TV cabinet made of two shelves and side cabinet with a glass door and small shelves. The cabinet was not flack pack, a mercy and looks fabulous in our living room. The delivery was made at the time indicated and came in sturdy packaging so no damages.

Very pleased with the service and product. A good price for a perfect piece of furniture. No problems, no worries.

The website stated that the delivery would be within 1-2 weeks, however it was almost 6 weeks before I received the furniture. I realise this was over the Christmas period, but this caused quite a few problems as I was dressing a house for sale, and had to delay the marketing.

You really can't go wrong with the quality of these people.
