Try to avoid replacement of the failed dimmer
Bought a smart dimmed a year ago. Stopped working suddenly out of nowhere.
Have contacted support and they did not answered at all at first. Sent again request for answer, they answered with the request to send the samsvarserklæring for the company that installed it.
I am electrician myself and by Norwegian law is allowed to do installation like that in my own house myself.
They try to avoid replacement by puling such a requests. Keep that in mind if you plan to buy from them, I will for sure skip them next time.

Man need to be really mentally ill to send someone who is that "serious" like you, (where the profit is only lead), private and sensitive documents that can be misused for criminal purposes, stealing identity... Sorry but that is not going to happen Ill take my chances and forgive 600 NOKs, but Ill for sure continue to spread my experience with you and your business model.
And when we are there, need to ask, why you sell the merchandise to the people that is not allowed by the law? Why don't you ask for the diploma and license before sell but after? If you are honest seller, you would ask for license BEFORE not after sell. But you are not.
Does f.ex the weapon sellers ask for the license before selling gun or after?
No, of course, this is the way you try to avoid warranty and save money if something get broken.
If there is a problem with installation, manufacturer would for sure see that and disapprove replacement.
This is good that we have this kind of talk here.
People will see what is going to happened if some of their merchandise get broken/failed. They will try to avoid it by any cost. But this is valuable lesson for the future, to buy in real stores, not this "garage" companies.
Just a big ones in the future, lesson learned and paid not that expensive.
