After initial problems with the website, I downloaded the app. Ordered from that. Confirmation was quick, told delivery about 5 days. But surprisingly had the delivery in 48 hours. Impressed with cost (free delivery). In all good.

Delivery company claimed we were not at home for delivery!
First order with this company and a very poor experience.
Our delivery of 12 x 500ml Coke Zero was scheduled to arrive on 8th August.
We were at home all day on this date and yet the delivery company claimed they attempted a delivery! A blatant lie as our Ring camera footage will prove.
I appreciate YCC is not directly responsible for this situation but they have chosen to use the particular delivery vendor and therefore this appalling service falls to them.
We never have issues with any deliveries from anywhere else. I would not use this company again after this poor experience.
I have complained to the delivery company but have no idea when we are going to receive our order as it would not allow me to reschedule the delivery!
I shall stick to Amazon in future this has not been worth the effort and frustration.
I did contact YCC who could have offered to liaise with the delivery company on my behalf and get this sorted - they did not offer nor did they offer any compensation, goodwill gesture to a new customer or otherwise.
