The whole transaction from start to finish was brilliant 🤩 Alan was very friendly and efficient & they quickly found us the perfect buyer and Divya stayed in touch & over saw the whole process to ensure it stayed on track. Have used Yopa several times and always recommend them as they make the process very easy and smooth whilst also being realistic and honest about pricing and the market. I was also presently surprised when I used there solicitors who were very on the ball & not frustrating like other national firms I’ve used in the past. Highly recommend & look forward to working together again in the future 👍

I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions. Buying a house can be quite stressful, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support.
They were always quick to respond, kept me updated, and genuinely cared about helping the purchase progress as smoothly as possible. Their kindness, patience, and dedication really stood out.

I tried to sell a house in Clapham with Yopa. The agent, Kasia Butynska, is very poor at communication and takes a long time to reply to messages. It took over a month to get the advert anywhere near launch; she missed appointments and couldn't be bothered to take photos; instead, she used my old rental advert. The office team was lovely, but the online customer service didn’t help or reply. When I complained, I was told the manager would call me, but she never did. Finally, Kasia called back after I chased her for over a week to find out the issue, with some feeble reason for the delay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I called Purple Bricks, and they had me set up in a day and a photographer out the next day, advert online in 3 days and board up in 5. Very efficient and professional. They also said they’d won loads of business with head-to-head with Kasia and all stated poor communication and delays; they weren't surprised I moved. People in Clapham do not sell your homes with YOPA. Hopeless. I’m still waiting for a response to my complaint; I had to ask for my money back.

Caroline is always quick to respond to our queries and either answers our questions immediately or finds the information we need. Her knowledge of the property is incredibly thorough – she knows all the details about the house, from when it was renovated to the age of various construction changes and all the small details a homeowner would want to know.

Her friendly and accommodating approach makes us feel comfortable, and we know we can trust her advice completely. While we're still in the process of buying and she's only handling one side of the transaction, her professionalism and genuine care have been outstanding.

Totally unprofessional company - Swansea Branch, poor communication, unhelpful franchise agents unexpected solicitors fees added, the whole setup from start to finish was a shambles, the Estate Agent herself didn’t show up at the property on numerous occasions so we were left to show potential buyers around the property ourselves, do not use this company they are a joke of an estate agents they are a total rip off !! Very disappointed service -staff were also very rude and condescending.

Massive thank you to Millie for all the help and support she provided up whilst we looked for our first home. Millie was hands on and answered any questions we had. Communication was great. We cannot thank her enough. Thank you Millie.

We have bought and sold houses using Yopa and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Our agent Dan was very friendly and efficient. He was available for questions and updates via WhatsApp, which was extremely convenient and he kept us informed at all stages. The selling package was very well priced and comprehensive, no need to use an overpriced High Street estate agent.

I had a smooth process selling my flat with Yopa. Donna was very friendly & helpful. She went out of her way to help when could. Her communication was excellent, updating me along the way. She answered all my questions & she ensured my thoughts were considered.

I would rate them minus if I could. Was promised so much by them only for the agent to go no contact after 2 and a bit months. Spent the next couple of months phoning, emailing them, contacting them on their app and contacting the agent on whats app all of this was ignored by them. Only heard from them then months later when they started chasing for payment for a service they didn’t provide. We complained to them and they admitted that they broke the contract in four different places, which shows how bad they are. I would describe them as appalling and completely unprofessional. If you are thinking of using them, don’t is my advice as it will save you money and to be honest an ad on Facebook would be more effective at selling your home than they are.
