I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on 4 June and only received half of it. More than a month later, I am still waiting for the remaining items.

I have contacted customer service several times, but they have not responded to any of my messages. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when I have already paid for the order.

I understand that delays can happen, but ignoring customers is not acceptable. I hope YesStyle improves its customer service and resolves outstanding orders much more quickly.

Very delay shipping

I ordered items that are already available and in stock and before ordering it clearly says when they will approximately ship the items worth almost 100£ . After ordering the status is "AWAITING COURIER PICKUP" which up to now taking 5 days and counting just to be picked up for shipping. Customer service not helpful in speeding the process and can only say they will inform when item is are picked up. Not very reliable

Orders never dispatched — carrier confirms no tracking exists, YesStyle gives false information

I have multiple orders with YesStyle placed in April 2026 that, over two months later, still show zero tracking activity: 33591734, 33613119, 33736261, and 34066054.

I contacted Anjun Express (the carrier YesStyle uses) directly, and they confirmed in writing that there is no tracking information whatsoever for these shipment codes. In other words, the packages were never handed over to the carrier — they were never actually dispatched.

Despite this, YesStyle customer service replied claiming the orders are “in transit after customs clearance,” a statement directly contradicted by their own carrier and, remarkably, contradicted within their own reply, which also stated the orders are “not currently in transit.”

The pattern is consistent: support gives customers inaccurate or contradictory status updates rather than acknowledging shipments were never dispatched.

I am requesting one of two resolutions: either reship these orders to my address in Miami, USA via FedEx, or issue a full cash refund (not store credit). YesStyle needs to take ownership of this failure instead of asking customers to keep waiting on shipments that were never sent.

I am a Elite Club Glod member so you can imagine how much money I have spend at this website. Everything was OK until these two months. I am super disappointed about their customer service. My order #34006083 showed delivered but it did not reach me. They used SF Express to ship to Germany but there was no way to contact this shipping company. I sent some emails to Yesstyle regarding this issue, everytime they just ask me to check by my own if still cannot find just send email to them again. They didn't help me in anyway that's why I have reported to Paypal and got my full money back.

Regarding Order# 34387210, one of the product from this order is broken when I received. Of course I sent email to report to Yesstyle immediately and they sent me a confirmation email back to me mentioned they are arranging to send a new product to me. But some weeks past and no more update about this issue. Contacted Paypal too and got refund.

I am totally super disappointed with the way how they treat their loyal customers. I'm not going to order anything from this website anymore.

Tips for your guys who want to order from Yesstyle: use Paypal for payment! At least when anything happened Paypal would help!

love yesstyle

YesStyle is an authorized retailer so they have authentic products and good quality besides the competitive pricing and discounts/coupons they give.
Good customer service, good handling shipment and the shipment duration also! My experience by so far is excellent! I started buying from them since April 2024, thats when I discovered and started buying korean skincare products.🙃🙃💚

I’m very happy with my experience. I’ve already received the first part of my order, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the prices and the delivery speed. I understand that future orders may take a little longer since some items need to be restocked, but even so, the great prices and the wide selection on your website have definitely won me over. :)
