The order was fast and easy. The update on shipping was on point upto the delivery date. Package was not ripped, broken or ripped. I will do more shopping here and recommend it.

It is a 100% reliable company

It is a 100% reliable company; they always resolve any questions or issues, and shipping is fast. They offer great features—such as customs fee reimbursement—along with tons of promotions and a huge inventory. Overall, it is an excellent site for shopping. I've ordered more than 20 times, and everything has been great.

I had a wonderful experience shopping with YesStyle. The website was easy to use, my order was processed smoothly, and the products arrived well packaged. I especially loved the Anua skincare products—they feel gentle on my skin and the quality is excellent. Support sent me to a fake courier site when my parcel vanished

Loyal customer for years, always received my orders - until this one, and the way it was handled is why I’m writing.
Order #33994131 (shipped 26 May, tracking LP665541165MY) never arrived. When I investigated, three independent sources confirmed the parcel didn’t exist in any system: the carrier Sunyou’s own website returns “Not Found” for the tracking number (no origin, no destination, no events); the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee issued me an official written response confirming the parcel never entered the country; and Azerbaijan Post doesn’t recognise the number.
Over three chat sessions, YesStyle agents could not tell me where the parcel was, could not confirm the carrier had ever accepted it, and gave four contradictory explanations in a single 20-minute conversation - “under customs clearance,” then “a new courier,” then “the order was not reshipped,” then “under customs clearance” again.
The part other shoppers should know: the agent repeatedly directed me to “upupostalprotocol.org” - first as a tracking site, then explicitly as my “new courier.” That is not a courier. No such carrier exists. The Universal Postal Union is an intergovernmental organisation that does not deliver parcels; its real domain is upu.int. A site imitating the UPU, handed to customers with missing parcels, is exactly how advance-fee scams begin - you get asked to pay a “customs fee” that goes nowhere. I didn’t pay. Someone more anxious might.
YesStyle’s own “Promise” says lost shipments are reshipped free of charge. I asked for a reshipment or refund. I got neither - only apologies and that link. PayPal refunded me within hours, because YesStyle could not produce any proof the parcel was ever dispatched.
I’m not writing this over $78 - PayPal already resolved that. I’m writing because I was a loyal customer, and because if your parcel goes missing, this is what support looks like: no answers, contradictions, and a link to a site impersonating an international organisation.
Check any tracking number on the carrier’s own site, not just aggregators. And never pay a “customs fee” through a link support sends you.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on 4 June and only received half of it. More than a month later, I am still waiting for the remaining items.

I have contacted customer service several times, but they have not responded to any of my messages. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when I have already paid for the order.

I understand that delays can happen, but ignoring customers is not acceptable. I hope YesStyle improves its customer service and resolves outstanding orders much more quickly.

Very delay shipping

I ordered items that are already available and in stock and before ordering it clearly says when they will approximately ship the items worth almost 100£ . After ordering the status is "AWAITING COURIER PICKUP" which up to now taking 5 days and counting just to be picked up for shipping. Customer service not helpful in speeding the process and can only say they will inform when item is are picked up. Not very reliable
