Very nice item
I chose the neverfull mm and it’s in good condition, but it does have a mark on the straps and the clasp is coming unstitched which isn’t in the listing and I wasn’t told about it. There is also a tiny rip in the leather

Great online shopping experience
I was a bit nervous first about buying a bag online. Lizzie made everything easy and put my mind at rest. I was able to put a small deposit down on the bag which gave us 7 days to think about it. The deposit is refunded if you decide not to go ahead. We had a zoom meeting where Lizzie who showed us the bag. She didn't put any pressure on us to buy it and let us take our time to decide. We did and the bag was received within a couple of days and was in great condition.
