I got back the exact amount estimated by wundertax in just a month ! can't recommend enough

I have been using Wundertax for two years, and I am very pleased and confident in its functionality and practicality.
The process is incredibly smooth, detailed, and seamless. I appreciate their consistent and excellent follow-up; the platform is fantastic for reporting taxes accurately and promptly.
I would recommend expanding to support additional languages to better serve new expats in Germany.

The filing process was easy and quick. You get to see the approximate amount to get and whether you opt to continue to file it or not, which is great i think.

Though It might take some time to fill all the details, the suggestions will save lot of money and the error messages really helpful to know any discrepancies in the salary slips

I have received 170€ out of 2,600€ estimated in the Wundertax website!
This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I will contact my lawyer and pursue this!

I filled out everything, payed the money and waited, the 10 week waiting period passed and I tried calling the tax office and they said that tax declaration for me has not been done and they have no info about me, will never use wundertax again, before I paid for the service support team was really helping me etc but as soon as I paid I have no more help, just the automated replies

Wundertax is reliable, very accurate and informative. Their customer support is extra helpful, giving assistance that goes beyond what other providers in Germany are offering.. overall, it’s an excellent service for English speakers.

I had a terrible experience using Wundertax. The user experience is atrocious—it’s nearly impossible to understand what steps to follow, how to proceed, or which documents are needed. The platform provides no clear guidance, leaving you feeling lost and frustrated.

The customer service is even worse. Instead of solving problems, they give vague and unhelpful advice, and their tone comes across as unfriendly. If you’re hoping for support or resolution, don’t bother—they’re useless.

Considering the high cost of the service, it’s completely overpriced for what it delivers. There are far better alternatives out there like Taxfix, which is more modern, intuitive, and actually has helpful customer support. Save yourself the headache and go with a better option!

Being a non german speaker, i found the user interface quite freindly. It was easier to navigate and update the records. Local tax office had no issue processing the claim

I used Wundertax for my tax return in Germany. The platform is very clear and you can save progresses. All items are classified with the specific tax codes so it's difficult to make mistakes. I would recommend the service and the overall process. Plus, you can do (almost) everything in English.
