I applied individually before and i got very less tax and some times i used to pay back..
But this year i applied through wundertax and i got very good tax return within 4 weeks.

Nice Software.

It's very simple to use, it offers english language, the cost/value ratio is great. I have used for 3 or 4 years now.
Their support team is very helpful too, they don't answer in a generic manner but really personalised to your specific request.
I can only recommend it!

After 2 months of waiting tax office replied to me that my refund is 0 euro. I contacted the wundertax support team to get some help with it, because there was obviously a mistake. But unfortunately they did not want to reply, the only thing wundextax wants is to spam your email that they are solid, that there is friendly open-minded customer service, though it is nothing but a lie.

Great tool, especially for non native speakers but also for those are not particularly accustomed to the intricacies of tax returns.
It is very intuitive and brings you step by step through the process.
I have used it already for a couple of years and would continue to do so.
If I have to find a flaw is that the estimation of the money return is most of the time incorrect, and also I would expand the function for the home office deduction. I had to present at a later stage many additional documents to the tax office.

I did two declarations with Wundertax, unfortunately the results provided by the tool were not inline with what Finanzamt has calculated. e.g. Wundertax has calculated a positive payment to me, but Finanzamt has requested me to pay them back an amount of €256,96.

I am very disappointed with the tool. My case is not a complicated one.

As mentioned I did two declarations, I am anxiously waiting for the feedback in regard to the second one.

This is not how such tools are supposed to work in my opinion.

Super easy to use, reliable. Been doing my taxes with the app for a few years now including tackling some weird situations.

Nice and like wundertax

As a foreigner, it was very easy to follow all steps to take for the tax return. I only submitted my information at the end of October for 2022, and I received my tax refund already 2 weeks later. Can recommend.

I had a great experience with Wundertax. In particular, I really liked the simplified interface and the broad range of expenses you could declare. Although there are minor bugs that should be fixed. But those bugs are not blocking and don’t have significant impact on the user experience. Highly recommended.
