They are fine for me but not when I have very heavy flow, My daughter is also using wuka pants but for teens and she went through 5 pairs in 1 day, I would not recommend teen stretch for any girl with heavy periods. We bought so many pairs because she is autistic and she hates pads, I'll try buying her xs basic's hipsters with high gust.

Excellent Customer Care
After researching few brands that were period pants, I decided to try Wuka as a first period pants for my Niece. Unfortunately, few items were missing from the package upon delivery. I contacted Customer service at Wuka and Sabina resolved the issue really quickly. She also made sure the item arrived safely and promptly. I will definitely be buying again from this company.

Product looks good , pleased with the variable sizing , we had a slight hiccup with delivery but to no fault of Wuka , when I contacted the help team Prava responded very quickly and politely and advised what they could do . Lucky it worked out ok and were pleased with the product.

Fantastic customer care
Ordered a swimsuit for my daughter which I ended up needing to exchange for a different size. I accidentally didn’t include the packing note in the return however so had a massive panic! Prava from the customer care team couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to track the item and arrange the return. Wuka are incredible products. I brought some period pants a while ago in preparation for my daughter starting her period. She recently started the day after her 11th birthday and they did not disappoint. She went to school happy and came home happy. No leakages and she found them really comfortable. First time purchase - but not the last!
First time purchase on behalf of a young teen so I wasn't sure what would fit best, or what she would feel most comfortable wearing. I needed to return some of the order (due to my sizing error) and the whole process was remarkably easy. Missing item
I have received my order (school pack for my underage daughter) with missing item. I have contacted WUKA via email and within 5 min I had a reply from Prava one of their team members. She was very polite, genuinely trying to help with the situation, understanding the disappointment my girl was feeling as this was a present for her - only just starting her journey to become a women. After I have submitted photos of the order, Prava has apologised again and dispatched the replacement for the missing item immediately. Prava is definitely valuable team member looking after customers whilst providing excellent customer service, she has rectified the mistake of a missing item with the right attitude and response.

Things go wrong but how a company deals with that makes all the difference. I had a faulty pair of pants and contacted WUKA to see what I could do. It had been a while since I'd ordered them as it was a multi pack. Sabina was quick to respond and apologise. She arranged a replacement pair be sent out and sent me a pre-paid label to send the faulty pair back so they could look to see what had gone wrong. When the replacements arrived there was even a little gift in there for me as well. Definitely one of my favourite companies - hence why I keep going back!

Needed a different design
Bought these my daughter, they are a good idea and but very bad quality after the second time of my daughter wearing them both pairs have fell apart. They have since replaced both pairs with a better ones and these seem to fit well.
