Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, I ordered the wrong size and followed the instructions on returns and exchanges. All completed very quickly and my exchange order in the post the following day. I did return using first class recorded delivery as advised. I will definitely be using this company again.

These are great period pants
These are great period pants. My 11 year old started her periods last Christmas so I bought her some Wuka pants to try. She finds the Basics bikini range so comfortable that she now wears these every day of the month. The super heavy flow teen stretch are brilliant on her heaviest days. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve started buying various pants for myself. Unfortunately I’ve had to return 2 pairs so far this year - 1 was not the right fit/shape for me, and 1 was unraveling at the seam. BUT both times the customer service was exceptional (Sabina & Prava - thank you!). I highly recommend these pants & this company.

Great customer service
Fantastic product (period swimming costume). Great design which allows my daughter to keep up with her swim training all month. Superb customer support from Sabina when I needed a replacement item for my daughter. She was very helpful and the issue was resolved speedily and efficiently.

First rate customer service
I have been incredibly impressed by the customer service at WUKA, particularly Prava who has helped me immensely. When the swimsuit arrived it was too small and our holiday was only ten days away! She helped us seamlessly negotiate the exchange process, which is so simple, and made sure that the replacement arrived in good time. The suit itself is also fantastic!

Really great item! Would buy again!
I purchased with you before my holiday and bought period pants for swim wear. Coming on my period on day 1 of my 2 week holiday was a lovely suprise.
The item was brilliant, also better value for money than other brands out there.
I was able to wash and re use whilst on holiday, I felt supported the entire time and the item was comfy and well fitted as well as good quality. Never a worry there would be a leak or an accident.
The item was exactly as described and I would purchase again!

Really like my Wuka period pants
Really like my Wuka period pants, I had an issue with my first pair which still work fine but we're fraying at the seams. I wrote to their customer services and they sorted this really speedily by sending me a new pair (Prava).
They provide rally good protection

Outstanding customer service and great products
Outstanding customer service. I had some issues with the delivery address , but I was helped by Rezi that sorted it out for me and was very polite. Order dispatched how promised and my daughter really loves the products and she says she is feeling safe with them. It was my second order with Wuka and I will order again. Thank you Wuka.

Love the Stretch Period Pants
I first bought WUKA from Boots when I needed period products immediately but didn't want to purchase disposable ones. I've used period pants before but WUKA's products are just next level. They're breathable and comfortable, especially the seamless and stretchy styles. The stretch period pants really are such a great idea as I've suddenly gained 2 sizes and I can still wear them without any discomfort, whereas other sized ones I bought are now too small for me which is a waste. I have been buying from Wuka a few times now and I highly recommend them.

Excellent Customer Service
Such a shame that the swimsuit was far too small despite me going by the sizing instructions before ordering. We are going on holiday and really needed the costume.
I returned it for a larger size and emailed customer services immediately. They got back to me straight away with a solution. They despatched a larger swimsuit that day and I received it in 2 days. I think the combined service with Wuka and Royal Mail says it all. Daughter is now very happy. The swimsuit looks lovely on her and quality is excellent.
I have to say the customer service at Wuka is excellent. I will definitely buy from Wuka again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I managed to order the wrong size (completely my fault). I posted them back & they sent the correct size out at their expense. Unfortunately the package they sent wasnt pushed through the letter box fully and I returned home to find just ripped empty packaging on the doorstep (not my fault - but not theirs either!). They didnt quibble but replied immediately and replaced the contents. ...Oh and I should add my teednage daughter is very happy with the products!

Missing item
When I received my order it only contained 1 pair of midi brief instead of two, I e-mailed & Sabina replied asking for an image of what had arrived. I sent this & confirmed that the packaging had been intact.
Sabina replied by return, apologising for the mistake & confirming that she had arranged for a replacement to be sent. This arrived safely.....excellent after sale service
