The surveyor Duncan Maguire who came to measure our kitchen was excellent. He was punctual, professional, friendly and completed the measuring thoroughly without any problems.

Big thanks to Lauren from the Kings Lynn branch. With all the tweaking she had to do, we received the kitchen on time and in excellent condition. Lovely finish, so happy with it. We somehow have more storage space!!

Just polite and amazing person

Every member of staff at Wren have been so helpful. From Meda who was my sales lady over at the Aintree branch in Liverpool to Jordan D whom I spoke with this morning and he so kindly dealt with a refund for me, for an item I hadn't received. This is the second experience I have had with Wren. Firstly I bought a stunning kitchen and this time beautiful bedroom furniture. Both look stunning and the quality is second to none. I would definitely without a doubt recommended them.

Justin (Dean) was very efficient. He took hundreds of measurements which made me confident Wren would be able to plan our kitchen exactly as we wanted. Personally Justin was was friendly and professional, reassuring me that Wren could produce a plan which would meet all our requirements. Thank you, Justin.

​I received my order, but unfortunately, the item arrived broken due to terrible packaging. There was barely any protective padding in the box to keep a fragile item safe during transit. For a kitchen shop selling delicate items, proper packaging should be a minimum standard. Very disappointed and waiting on customer service to resolve this.

Steven was excellent, very helpful and informative.

Our surveyor Sean called us before the visit and was really friendly and professional throughout the visit. He asked all relevant questions and made a detailed plan of our kitchen plus few photos. He explained the process to us and answered our questions, perfect example of good customer care service.

Not good on any level
Dream kitchen was nightmare from hell
Took 6 weeks to finally get something that resembled a kitchen
Would not recommend to anyone snd would never use company again
Be careful before you commit to signing charter with wren
Check absolutely everything because once you commit it’s very difficult to get anyone to listen if there is a problem
Horrendous on every level
