Customer service is the worst always…
Customer service is the worst always used wowcher for spa break so got one for a wedding gift then i needed to upgrade it an pay more so they added the voucher to wallet credit eventually todo so..now i go to pay deduct wallet credit and doesnt allow to use any payment method to pay remaining balance..email they reply like havent even read what iv said and whatsapp said 3 times send your account of to payment team takes upto 48hrs still waiting and it expires soon..wont be using again

Communication is quick
Communication is quick, although I was finding it hard to get them to just do a straight refund even though I had a very good reason, I. e. merchant only giving discount to new customers. After I chased them up, they finally offered my cash refund.... it just shouldn't be that hard to do

Misleading
I purchased a voucher for a short break. Once I redeemed it the supplier disclosed that to deliver the package at the advertised price would require a split airport arrangement, or there would be additional costs.
I advised them that I wished to cancel under the Wowcher Policy, which allows cancellation unless the holiday has been booked.
Unfortunately both Holidays4U and Wowcher are refusing to issue a refund, despite misrepresenting the true cost of the break, me cancelling immediately on disclosure of the additional costs and within 3 days of redemption and no holiday being booked.
Wowcher have refused to explain why their cancellation policy does not apply, simply absolving themselves of any responsibility for what I believe was misleading advertising of the true cost of the break.
Personally I will never use them again and I will not be recommending them.
