Knowledgeable & Polite, good rates
The rep I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. Explained everything and helped me find some information on my phone that was needed, She asked if I was a Progressive customer, and I am, both Renters and auto insurance, so I got a small discount for that! This is much more affordable than the cell phone service provides

On my phone with the eSim, the switch was fast and pain free. My wife's phone requires a physical Sim card. She should have it tomorrow and we'll see how her phone fairs then. All great so far on my phone and expect the same with her's.

Extremely easy to sign up for coverage and you can also select your rate and terms (i.e. how much coverage do you want). Prices and deductibles are reasonable. Hopefully filing a claim is just as easy!

The 30-day wait for Accidental Damage coverage is listed online, in the terms and conditions, and is part of a required pre-purchase short disclosure online that must be read and checked by you prior to purchasing coverage or being charged.
