Days before the concert and still to receive my ticket. Tried to go to the website, doesn't exist. Tried going to the faq in the email, link doesn't work. Tried replying to email, doesn't exist. I am absolutely fuming

SCAMMER!!
I ordered Robbie Williams tickets for my parents as a surprise Christmas gift, I was told the tickets would be with me 5 days before the event. In the meantime I was checking the website and reviews and they were fine. Up until a certain point where all the reviews changed. I then tried to contact the company and the website has disappeared, I tried calling and I was blocked. I waited until the date of the event, never received the tickets. Luckily I paid with a credit card so was able to get my money back.

I brought tickets to see Sabrina carpenter at Hyde park. When I have gone on to the website to see if my tickets are available it now says page not found. There is no contact number or anything to be able to contact someone about this. When I have checked my bank statement to check when the money has come out it says the address is a motorcycles dealer. This is 100% a scam but when I checked trust pilot a few months ago when buying the tickets and majority of the reviews were positive however this has dramatically changed

I have ordered Lana Del Ray tickets on December 2024 ORD687135, I have not received term and there is no order in my world tix account, I'm worried this is a scam

Absolute scammers we paid over £400 for rugby tickets on the strength of the early trust pilot reviews in November. We got an acknowledgment of payment and we were told we would receive the tickets a few days before the event. 2 days before the event we tried to contact them but no response. I then went beck to trust pilot to find that everyone had been scammed. Thank goodness we paid by credit card so we got our money back. Do not use these guys they have no credibility with me

We bought tickets for 6 nations Schotland wales tickets paid and then we have not receive anything! This is the most terrible thing ever!
How can some one be so cold and heartless to scam hard earned money!

Complete Scam. Ordered 4 Tickets at considerable expense for Scotland v Ireland Six Nations, 9/2/25. Money taken, e-mail response received.... then no further correspondence and obviously no Tickets! DO NOT USE.

The 4 tickets for the 6Nations match between England and France at Twickenham which I have orederd with the order number: ORD096844 where not delivered even that I have sent several emails for confirmation.
I have been also to the office adress 128 City Road, London indicated on the worldtixx.com and there is no trace of an worldtixx office.

I also ordered tickets for the England France game, and apart from the first confirmation email there has been nothing. I have trued everyway to make contact with Worldtixx and have got nothing. Very disappointed total scam.

For anyone who has not received tickets/refund. The Company is trading under the name Worldtixx. Their official Companies House registered name is ES Promotions Ltd. Their classification on Companies House is Sale of Other Motor Vehicles.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.
Their registered address is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Tel No : 0203 349 5868 / Whats App No : 07379 559895 - Bradley Cross is the only Director and they were only incorporated on 31st July 2024 and on 4th February 2025 there was an application to strike them off the register.
If you are purchasing tickets over £100, use a credit card, then at least you are covered in case you don't receive the tickets.

NO communication, bought tickets for England vs France rugby on Feb 8th before Christmas. No ticket, emails bar the receipt, info on how to get the tickets or app to use to download them so I can share them with others in the party. We have one person flying in for 1 day especially so wasted flights & more money.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. The reviews they have on the site saying how good they are are FAKE Google image search of profile pics of authors are stock pictures. The first is used on 11 other sites!
Their published post code is wrong & company is down to be STRUCK OFF as a registered company!!!
Report to police fraud service ‘Action Fraud’ if you’ve lost money

Bought two tickets for Scotland Italy Rugby and never received the tickets. I had tried emailing, calling and messaging up to a week before the event but got no replies.
Absolute scam.

Paid for 2 tickets to Ireland v England on 1/2/2025 back in November 2024.

Despite multiple emails, messages, WhatsApps and failed phone calls this business has failed to deliver tickets as stated, 3 days prior to the game.

Together with the previous reviews it seams obvious this is a scam business. Shame flights and hotels have already been booked and paid for. The fraud department have been notified and are investigating

I think they are scammers. And reading the reviews I confirm this. My order is ORD861703. I bought three tickets for the Scotland Italy match. The tickets never arrived. Nobody answers the phone, emails and messages. I hope they have the decency to refund the full amount. I am a lawyer and otherwise I will proceed against them

Paid for 3 tickets to Ireland v England on 1/2/2025 back in November 2024. Order Number 606748.

Have emailed, messaged and called numerous times to see where the tickets are or when they will be issued.

Not had any acknowledgement or communication and feel like left in limbo with only a few days to go.

Good at the outset to purchase tickets last year via their website. Straightforward process.

Their failure is their lack communications relating to updates. Despite emailing, phoning (with an automatic diversion to voicemail), and messaging on their sales platform to chase the dispatch of the tickets as the event is now less than 3 days away there has been no response from Worldtixx.

This is completely at odds in their approach when we threatened to cancel our purchase last year following lack of confirmation of the purchase on their account system, they were quick to respond to retain the payment. It appears a common theme when reading the below reviews.

UPDATE: 4 Feb 2025 - WorldTixx as suspected failed to fulfil delivery of the purchased tickets, and despite continued efforts to engage with them seeking a full refund, no responses have been forthcoming.
