The staff I spoke to were very helpful, I wasn't asked the same computer generated questions regarding my husband's pre existing illnesses that all the other insurers asked.They went into alot more detail and were able to give me a realistic quote ( when most companies just said they were unable to help).

Getting insurance for a medical condition made easy!!
I have used World First for the last 3 years as my child has a really rare condition. They have always been helpful on the phone and this year (2026) his condition was online in the drop down box! I couldn’t believe it! Made it so much easier to go through the system online and pay for the insurance! Getting insurance for a medical conditional is never easy but this was 100% easier! Thank you World First!

Easy to get on-line cover
As always, a very easy process to arrange my holiday insurance. All done on line in about 15 minutes. It only takes that long as I have some medical issues and World First ask a range of questions about each condition. This means I can go away with peace of mind that I am fully covered for my holidays for the year 😊

Easy to do and good value even for over 80's
This was return business, because we like the ease of getting a quote, and the fact that we could get a level of cover that met our requirements so avoiding paying for cover we did not need. Happily, we have had no claims experience.
