The experience of buying a kit was very nice. When I had doubts about instructions I reached out and I was promptly explained how to proceed with my knitting. Video tutorials were also very helpful. I recommend getting the kits.

Very prompt service, lovely wool, easy pattern, beautiful cardigan.
Very prompt service. Everything was well packaged, the pattern was great, the wool lovely, the instructions easy, and I finished knitting the cardy within a week. My daughter has received many compliments on the finished cardigan.

We’re sorry to hear you felt the delivery was delayed. Just to clarify, express orders placed after 12:00 GMT Monday–Friday or on weekends are dispatched on the next business day. As your order was placed on a Saturday, it was shipped first thing on Monday and delivered Tuesday in line with our delivery policy.

The wool is a beautiful quality. So soft and lovely to work with. The colours are great. The wool was a gift to me, I don't normally buy your wool because it's out of my budget but it was lovely to be treated to it.

The wool is beautiful. The directions are easy to follow and I was able to go on line and fined examples of stitches to help also. I would recommend this as an easy way to get started on knitting the basics.
