Buyer beware. Con artists.
After ordering was asked to pick an alternative case as original not in stock, then told item is on its way. After a week of tracking no movement, got in touch to be asked to pick a different cue, and told it hadn't been sent. Eventually ended up with a refund from PayPal that cost me £10 after conversion rates were applied because items are charged in dollars. £10 out of pocket with nothing to show for it but a bunch of emails. Disgusted.
Highly recommended
I would highly recommend this company, excellent customer service and fast correspondence, fast delivery for personalized products and top quality.
Terrible Company
It can deliver what it has taken money for.
It can answer some of the numerous emails I sent asking where my parcel was.
Horrible experience, I would never deal with them again
Woods 3 star cue
The customer service is excellent . My cue looks amazing was delivered very fast and exactly to what I ordered. Will definitely buy again
I bought a cue from them for the first…
I bought a cue from them for the first time two months ago
It arrived crooked and in a condition that is impossible to play with.
They test them and say they test every cue before it comes out and I even choose to believe them
But even the best sometimes make mistakes.
So after I sent them videos and pictures showing the condition of the cue, they stood their ground and said again that before every delivery to the customer they check the product.
The seller asked me what solution I offer and I told him that a new shipment is a good solution.
Ask me what cue I'm thinking about?
So I chose a cue at exactly the same price as the first cue to be fair.
He indicated to me that I would have to pay for the shipping, which in my opinion was perfectly fine.
Told me he needed to check and get back to me.
After more than a week and a half he didn't get back to me
I received a message from him that the only thing they are willing to do is a 5 percent discount on the next purchase.
I was speechless
After I lost money on the first cue bought from them they really expect me to buy another cue?
Where is such a thing heard?
pure shame!
Highly recommend looking for a cue from another company
Sometimes attitude and logic are worth much more than a cheap price.
Caution!

Woods Cues
Woods Cues - Custom cue order not good!.
Product not as described and post-sales customer service non-existent!
My recent experience of ordering a custom cue from Woods Cues in China. I was looking for a custom made cue to meet my exact specifications and I really liked the look of some of the cues on their pages, and there prices were pretty reasonable too, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
The Spec: I was looking for a heavy (20oz) 58" cue with an 8.5mm tip with titanium ferrule. I play in a local pool league where many of the tables have cueing restrictions so I wanted a cue that was 2 piece, but also had a third spigot 12" from the butt. This for me is the perfect compromise - my 3/4 cue butt is too short, and the likes of Cue Craft and Peredon 3 piece pool cues also split at about 8".
I was told by Woods that I'd be limited to one splice because of the second joint (and to keep the cost reasonable) and we agreed a nice wood for the splice which was to be a nice glossy exotic wood. We also had some back-and-forth to ensure that the butt section could be attached to the tip section if I wanted.
The conversation/negotiation with Woods was pretty straightforward, there was a bit of a language barrier but not too bad. Price was a little more than I was hoping for, but I was promised a great cue, you can look on their website and see the sort of price they are - add a bit for customisation. Payment was also through their invoicing system which was fine. I have ordered a few small things from Woods before, and know other people that had too, so I was fairly confident I wasn't getting totally scammed!
I had some photo updates as the build progressed, I was concerned that the wood splice used looks different from the type agreed, but I was told this was just 'natural wood variances'.
Payment to receipt was 6 weeks - which about what was promised.
So... the cue arrived, and the wood is completely different from the example (their own cue) that they were working from/aiming for. I was concerned this might happen and to be honest I was pissed off.
In addition, the splicing doesn't line up with the chevrons on the ash. Again, pretty annoying and 'basic cue making' - but playing wise it doesn't bother me as I never align my cue like this on a shot anyway.
The custom badge text was also wrong and the cue extension cheap metal tubing - not usable!
I did try to contact Kent at Woods Cues several times to give them the opportunity to fix things but they ignore all my emails.
So would I order from Woods again? If it was a pre-built cue, with good photos - yes. They sell a lot like this, but none were even close to the spec I was looking for. For a custom cue, with payment up-front - NO WAY! In hindsight I would probably have been better off picking a cue that was close, and getting them to modify it.
Damaged cue
I have ordered a cue that cost £250 but cue isnt straight as has ripples in the shaft. Very dissapointed. Contacted them to be told i could buy another cue at a discounted price but i want to send cue back and get a full refund. Not really getting anywhere speaking to them so going to get solicitor involved. Joke off a company, stay well clear and save your hard earned cash

I am very happy with my purchase at woods cues. The delivery was very quick and I was really impressed with the packaging and amazing quality of the cue + case + extentions. The customer service is also amazing. I would recommend woods cues to anyone who wants to buy a quality cue for a good price
Excellent quality products at reasonable prices
Excellent service understanding the needs. I was changing my mind after the order however Woods was accommodating without hassles. I got my maple cue and it is top quality for the money. I have got a cue case from them couple of years back that is good quality as well. Will recommend Woods for all your cue sport needs for sure.
This is my 2nd Woods Cue
This is my 2nd Woods Cue, one ash, one maple and I absolutely love both. In this case I ordered a 1 piece ash cue, ebony butt spliced with bocote wood and it looks beautiful. The cue is very well balanced, perfectly straight and plays great. Woods cues are worth every penny and more.
Excellent cue
Excellent cue, really like it and a phenomenal price with delivery to Australia. Highly recommend

I bought a nice cue with extensions and case. Straight, smooth and solid, as one would want. Asked a small modification of the order and it was taken care of promptly. Very satisfied. The website could be improved by adding metric dimensions besides the imperial dimensions.
Pristine condition, beautifully made
Cue took about 2 weeks to ship. Was worried about the cue being damaged during shipping, but it came in pristine condition. I bought a one piece ash Chinese 8 ball cue with case. Both case and the cue are beautiful. The cue is smooth and was made to perfection. Next time I buy a new cue, I will absolutely be looking into Woods Cues again.
Woods Exclusive Cue, Halo-style case & extensions
Exceptionally well made and finished cue, great case and good quality extensions. Service was really helpful and it all came in good time.
Quality cues for normal price
Quality cues for normal price, very responsible stuff with no problem at all. Please next time to pack more carefull because of the long transportation some cases and mini extension was broken.
Woods Cues best cue maker on the planet
Great value for money cue maker. 5 star quality products with impeccable customer service and delivery time right on as quoted. Can't go wrong with Woods Cues if you are serious about your billiards game.
Simply amazing 👌🏻
