Bought an 8.5mm tip 3/4 Ash cue with butt extension and extendedable extension. The butt extension can be also used instead of the butt section to make a smaller cue for tight spots.
Case was also included
Cure arrived from Hong Kong in 6 days delivered to the Highlands Scotland.

The cue is the exact same as the picture. Well finished, smooth as silk and straight. The weight is as described. Very pleased with it for the price I'm sure you could spend double or even treble and still not get a better cue.

Ordered a break cue, didn’t expect much for £50 (incl delivery) but it’s a stunning cue, perfect weight and exactly the specs I asked for. Dealt with Hung who got back to me quickly and kept me informed of the process and timelines for delivery. Simply save your money, they have no customer service, ignore emails and simply are happy to just take your money knowing u can't duo much about it

The experience using this company was absolutely awful and I would never use the company again. I received a broken case which they would not collect resulting in me having to pay for it to be dumped and had to pay an import charge for the 2nd replacement case after fighting with them to send a replacement. Because they wouldn't arrange collection of the broken one the import charges were charged on the replacement case resulting in me being out of pocket. They said that they would add a gift in as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and what they sent was a piece of garbage worth nothing. They are refusing to pay the import charge that they occured as a result of them not wanting to pay for it to be shipped back with them. Easily one of the worse experiences I've ever encountered. Customer service was awful and now are refusing to do anything because the replacement case arrived after me paying the import charge. Highly recommend for anyone thinking of using this company to look elsewhere because if anything happens to your purchased products you'll have a very slim chance of them dealing with it. Beyond useless. Avoid

I received my cue it come in a hard case well packaged.. I got it out and noticed the furel was slightly over hanging.. and cue was bent 10 inches from the tip.. I contacted woods cues and they told me to sand the titanium furel down and then bend the cue back straight myself and offered me a 20 dollar refund.. I told them I wasn't prepared to do this myself as I'm rather heavy handed.. I spoke to someone at Green baize and they said 50 pounds to sort it I passed this information on to woods and they said no that's to much and refunded me 15 pound, I told them this wouldn't even cover my fuel.. and now they have stopped replying to my emails and gone silent on me.. I was so looking forward to this custom made cue as a replica to the one I bought second hand 15 years ago.
Just to add a little extra... they have read my review and now offered the refund I suggested but not because the cue was not right they offered me the refund to retract my review.. I told them the review stays as i don't do bribery.. I hope this helps people in future..

On January 09 2025 I purchased a cue from Woods cues.I made the purchase after reviewing an add showing the cue along with an identification number which they said would insure they shipped the cue that I ordered.
The delivery was not the cue I ordered and when I contacted them they started sending emails requesting pictures of the box, no less than 4 emails and then they said either the courier or me switched the cue. Total insult.This is hard to believe they would do all of this over a 200.00 cue.!! The order # was 29781.
The identification # for the cue was 5452.This information was also written on the outside of the shipping carton

Great cue quality from this company. I ordered my cue and it came delivered within a week. As described per website. Truly trustworthy for snooker enthusiasts. Keep it up.

Have purchased a few things from woods cue's from ebony splices to a cue lathe.
Havent had a bad experience and hopefully i wont ever have one.
Products turn up within a week which to me gives them 5* straight away.
Looking to purchase quite a few things in 2025 so fingers crossed

My first purchase from Woods Cues. I chose the cue so I could get specific length, tip size and weight. It arrived in 3 business days to the UK. Excellent value for the cue, case, tele-extension and mini butt. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tip, shaped and scuffed and ready to play straight out of the case. Played the day it arrived and immediately improved my game!

I have had to change my mind on this review as now I have a issue with a extensions Hungs attitude has totally changed Have been dealing with Hung over several months his customer service and communication is tiptop five stars, never a problem, very tentative, polite and very pleasant to deal with!

Brough a woods cut to my height, took 12 days as being from Australia, first impression of the cue wood quality and finish looks outstanding, very smooth and eye for details are on point, thanks again for the opportunity to give this cue ago as i just started out

Received my new cue, 3894, from Woods last week, only took 7 days to reach UK by DHL Express, very impressed. I was a bit nervous about buying a cue online but on the website there were images of the actual cue I would be buying so this reassured me a bit. Cue was well packaged and unwrapping it revealed a black aluminium case which looked very smart. Opened up and was so pleased to see the cue itself, lovely coloured splices, nice arrow markings on the ash shaft and it was absolutely pin straight with no defects whatsoever. The 3/4 joint was perfectly fitted and is so good it even has a slight vacuum when open & closed, remarkable. I like to fit my own tips and was further surprised when I cut the stock tip off to find that the brass ferrule was fitted dead central, I've often found on previous cues that they are usually slightly off. Also in the case was a mini butt and an extending extension which although don't match the cue particularly ie they are plastic not ebony, in fact I love them as they are lightweight and easy to use. Feel a bit silly now as on previous cues I've paid for expensive ebony extensions not really realising that they are so heavy which actually is exactly what you don't need. All in all I am delighted & amazed with my cue (cost around £150 delivered) and would still have felt the same if I had paid £500+ for it. I was quoted £879 for a similar cue from a reputable UK supplier + another £250 for an aluminium case & extensions. Woods cues please accept my sincere thanks for supplying the best cue I have ever had in my nearly 50 years of playing.
