Excellent customer service extending voucher life thank you Lizzie

I grew up on a farm in Fife, and there were Highland cows in the field by our house. I loved these big, gentle, beasties, but hadn't seen one up close for years. Until last weekend, when me and my grandson visited a farm a few miles away and got to feed, groom, and pet some gorgeous highlanders. It was just an ordinary farm, with some not so common animals, the highlanders of course, and llamas, alpacas, a Shetland pony, various rare breed sheep and lots of smaller animals and chickens, geese, etc. It was a brilliant afternoon out.

We were given a Wonder Days experience as a gift. We realised the voucher had expired and so contacted Wonder Days in the hope that they could help.
Lizzie was amazing, she couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted the issue very efficiently.
She extended the voucher so that we had extra time to use it and was so pleasant to deal with.
We recommend this company and a big shout out to Lizzie who is a superstar!
Would certainly use Wonder Days in future.

British Ale Gift Box

Wonderdays were very helpful when we had an issue in activating the voucher and we have received the gift box. The beer/ale is of good quality but have to say I feel it is overpriced.

What a massive con!!! I got a voucher for a driving experiance, hardly any days to book and if you booked a weekend extra £25 and £30 insurnace, then if you choose a good track £55 more. So thought I'd swap for a night away however can't use it in June July or August.
Don't be sucked in to this money scam, just book direct and save you money. So unspet.

Great customer service!
I had made a mistake with regards to validating my vouchers due to miscommunication between myself and the person enjoying the experience with me. I emailed Wonderdays and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lizzie M.

I recently contacted WonderDays after realising that two gift vouchers my wife and I had received as a wedding present had unfortunately expired.

Earlier this year, my wife and I went through significant family-related health challenges, and understandably our focus shifted entirely to supporting our family throughout. As a result, many personal plans were put on hold, and it was only recently that I discovered the vouchers had expired.

I reached out to WonderDays to explain the situation, and Lizzie M from Customer Service could not have been more understanding and compassionate. She took the time to read my email, expressed genuine empathy for what our family has been going through, and kindly arranged for both vouchers to be reinstated and extended for a further three months. She even waived the usual admin fee as a goodwill gesture.

In a world where customer service can often feel impersonal, Lizzie's kindness, understanding, and willingness to help genuinely meant a great deal to us.

Thank you, Lizzie, and thank you WonderDays for such excellent customer service. We are very grateful and look forward to finally enjoying our experience together.

I was having trouble booking an experience. I emailed and they help me with it. And in the end they made the booking for me as I was not that good with the Internet. Great customer service.

I had trouble with trying to book with vouchers. I was phoned back the same day as I left a message, the agent- Lizzie was so helpful giving me clear instructions and even sending my forms for me.

Such an amazing experience to get up close and personal with the Highland Cows. You can only really appreciate their size and beauty upclose.....pictures and videos don't do these animals justice. Would highly recommend a visit, even if it is just to have a wander around the farm and view the other animals.

We haven't been on the experience yet but very impressed with the customer service provided by Lizzie in the Wonder days team, especially given it was a bank holiday weekend. We were struggling to get in contact with the provider to book the experience but when we reached out Lizzie was very prompt in responding and chasing up the provider on our behalf.
