This brand provided an amazing experience. The products are beautiful. I purchased the 4-in-1 tap featuring a dark brass finish and a sturdy brass spout. Absolutely breathtaking! Initially, I believed... See more

Its been a pleasure to deal with Sarah and the team at Wodar for our new kitchen tap. We bought the Fusion in brushed brass with the matching brushed brass sink and it really is stunning. We also received a free discount after posting our new kitchen on Insta! Fabulous!

I've had my 3-in-1 boiling water tap for three years exactly. First impressions were positive: looks great, appears solidly made. Enthusiasm cooled somewhat after I discovered that the hot water isn't hot enough for black tea. It's 98 degrees, which (fair enough) is clear on the website. I thought it wouldn't make a difference that it's not quite boiling but you really taste it in your cuppa, though coffee and herbal teas are fine. So it didn't take me long to put my old trusty kettle back to work in the kitchen.
I replaced the filter every six months, not realizing that in a hard-water area Wodar requires a change every three (!) months. This is different from many of their competitors and, apart from the faff involved, adds up over time.
Now the heating unit has packed in. I recently walked into a kitchen filled with hot steam and a hissing tap spouting same when I returned home, quite dangerous really. Switched off the system and now it doesn't work anymore. Standard warranty is expired anyway (two years) but I'd hoped for some goodwill, seeing that three years of life for a much-hyped and regularly serviced appliance isn't exactly great. But the reply email immediately pointed out my obligation to service the thing every three months.
Thought I'd bite the bullet and buy a replacement heater, discovering to my delight that there was a £50 rebate going. Tried to order, didn't work. Contacted Wodar, turns out the rebate requires £300 of spending which their website doesn't say. Oops.
So I'll rip the system out after three years, a waste not only of money but also material. There are close competitors who cost barely more, whose offerings actually boil water and who have a six-month filter replacement requirement irrespective of hardness of water. You do the math: suppose the new system lives three years also (hope longer than that!). It's about £100 more expensive but I'll save six filters at £39 a pop. So that's a net saving of more than £130, for an actual boiling water tap. Never mind that the filters cost more at Wodar than at their competitors. For people in hard water areas (which includes most of London) this should be a no brainer.

Thank you to Jonny and the team for sorting out our delivery issue with DPD. The team were great, DPD delivered to the wrong address and the Wodar Team sorted this out really quickly, thanks again! Highly Recommended!

Not a great experience at all.
I ordered an aged brass hot tap and it arrived on Monday, as soon as I opened it I realised I had made a mistake and ordered aged instead of brass so I immediately attempted to return it. I filled out the return form and also sent a separate email to the hello@ address requesting a swap to save time as I loved the tap but just hate the look of what I had ordered. I fully admitted blame and just wanted a quick resolution. I have still not heard a word. I managed to source a phone number and they just continually fob me off saying unfortunately it’s not their department but they will refer it to returns. Last phone call was today and yet again nothing! It should not be this hard to return an item. I am actually quite distressed at how badly this is being dealt with. I have a bad back so moving this heavy box requires planning plus my kitchen is being fitted next week and I have no tap. Very disappointed.

After doing hours of research we chose wodar for our new kitchen and we are very glad we did. The tap looks and feels just as high end as a qooker and is actually easier to use. Customer service is brilliant, and they responded to my queries promptly. It just looks so good!

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!
Had several issues with the tap. No phone support which is frustrating so you then need to go back and forth with the most unhelpful "customer service" agents I've ever encountered. It took 15 odd emails back and forth with unhelpful responses to specific questions e.g. "see attached brochure" that's it.. nothing else. No response to my specific question. Ironically, there was no such information within the brochure with regards to my question. My latest email they just ignored so I gave up and best guessed how to install the part.
The tap is fine. It's certainly not boiling and their statement of "we expect temperature drops to vary anywhere from 5-15 degrees" is frankly embarrassing when you're selling "boiling" water taps.
If you can afford it - I'd go Quooker. Will use until it breaks and then buy from a company that can stand behind their product and has a competent customer services team.

The water tank of our Pro Flex 3 in 1 Boiling Water tap started leaking. We contacted Wodar. After sending photographs and proof of purchase ( still under warranty) Wodar gave a prompt and efficient service in rectifying the problem .
Excellent.

I bought a 4 In one tap and boiler just over a year ago from Wodar.
However the tap spout had worked loose and what appeared to be a damaged thread would not allow it to be refitted.
I rang customer services and spoke to Sarah who a advised me to take a photo and email it to technical.
2 days later I received a brand new tap in the post free of charge.
I was very happy with the service and more impressive as it was Easter weekend.

We ordered the 3-in-1 tap. The tap is beautiful brushed/antique brass and is well made, good quality and looks great in our new kitchen. Contacted support as had some questions re. installation, but now installed and working well and we are very pleased with it. Thank you Wodar!

Disappointing.
- brought a gunmetal grey tap, differed significantly from the pictures
- sent it back for a refund but because it didn't have the instruction leaflet, (it's literally a piece of a4 folded) and I had used sellotape on the box they reduced the refund by £38
- and it has taken nearly 3 weeks to acknowledge the refund and 10 days they tell me for the refund to go through.
- the tap is of average quality and I would say worth around £90 retail.
Wouldn't buy from again, wouldn't recommend, just go to Screwfix, they are like 5 brands that sell a similar if not better tap for around £100, and you'll have the benefit of a regular returns process.

We purchased a 4 in 1 tap, looked great and was very excited to have it fitted in our new kitchen. However, when fitted by a professional, the hot water tank leaked. I contacted Wodar and they replaced it. Again, paid for the plumber to come and fit the replacement; the same thing. We were asked to send it back for them to test it when we asked for a full refund. All items have been returned for testing. Since then, we have heard nothing. I have emailed 3 times now asking for an update and for my money back. No response!!!! I have paid for a normal tap and again for the fitting of this so considerably out of pocket. Poor service and response and will be seeking further advice of where to go now to get the refund.

Quick delivery, easy to install and works very well. We did contact customer service concerning the spluttering of the boiling water when leaving the tap, but was told this is usual, and asking about, it does seem all makes of tap does this. Very pleased with it

We ordered this tap in November, but it was finally delivered mid Dec. When using the hot water tap, it continues to pour out hot water when turned off for almost 30 seconds. It also spurts boiling water when the hot water tank is heating up. It is also quite clunky moving from filtered water, where the dial sticks making it hard to turn. We called Wodar who advised us to email, which we did, including a video. A week later still no confirmation of email or a response, so we called again to be told again to email and a refusal to put us through to anyone. This is not acceptable when we are talking about boiling water and a health hazard. Really disappointed and concerned about the lack of service and customer care.
Update: within minutes of sending our 3rd email and trust pilot review, and after several calls where we were told only to email, we received a reply which has not resolved this issue at all. Very poor service.

Great customer service from Wodars Jonny. Received tap and after just one month of using it tripped all my electrics. I emailed and explained the situation. Provided order number and proof of purchase and had a response the next day to say a new tank would be sent. The day after it arrived! Happy customer!

Absolutely no customer service. They refuse to accept a call - everything must be dealt with over email and there is zero effort to resolve the issue. The tap design is appalling. The main hose connection simply disconnects without warning and floods the inside of the cupboard. I’ve sent repeated emails, photographs and videos and all I’ve been sent back is a copy of the instructions. I will be making a formal complaint to trading standards. Despite the response from Wodar, this is not a fitting issue. It is a communication and customer service issue and poor product design. The offer for me to return the tap for testing means I have the further inconvenience of being without a tap, and waste me time having to send it back, rather than wodar picking up the phone to make any effort to resolve the issue.

Sent a faulty tap.
Attempted multiple times to arrange collection for refund but no success as of yet. Called today to be told they can’t support with returns and to keep emailing.
Update from 20th March - following my negative review on here, they’ve eventually responded to the emails sent last week. Wodar have requested photos to ensure the product is in a resellable condition, despite being notified this is a faulty item. We are yet to have a confirmed date of collection for the item.
Considering the price of some items provided by this company, I would really reconsider if you are thinking of buying from them.

Spent £350 on a tap that no one can fit.
I've been back and forth with customer service so many times that I've had to ask for a full replacement. My original tap was sent with fittings that look nothing like the diagram in the installation guide, and would not fit together. They then sent me the missing thread tube, but alas, now the other parts have nothing for the thread to fit into, and no other standard plumbing parts will fit onto this thread.
I am so frustrated, I wish I'd never bought this.
I will happily amend my review if Wodar can make this right ASAP.

I have just installed a wodar boiling tap kit it’s not the worst I’ve installed but also not the best. A couple of constructive criticisms
1, plastic nut for tightening the tap to the sink doesn’t allow for being tightened correctly
I used a massive set of grips and it still moves this design needs looking at
2, the filter is quite poor quality light and flimsy plastic on
3, this appears to be a sequential type tap so if you want normal hot water it’s full blast or nothing
It appears to be half the price of some others so overall not bad value
