Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service, recommendation from my solicitor and they did not disappoint! I received an appointment the next week and the report less than 24 hours later. Lisa was very professional and friendly on the phone and explained the whole process. Definitely recommend to others and will use again (if i ever move again!)

Tom and Lisa are exceptional
Tom and Lisa are exceptional. From start to finish they have been very accommodating in answering my queries and in conducting my valuation survey. Having a shared ownership property is always fairly tricky to sell on and I was anxious to say the least. Tom put me at ease with his kindness, his words of wisdom and his experience which really helped to ease my stresses. The customer service from both Tom and later, of Lisa were second to none.
