WIGGLE est peut-être un bon site si votre colis n'est pas fragile et qu'il à été bien emballé!!!
Car sinon, a part vous renvoyé un nouveau colis (après avoir reçu l'ancien envoyé a vos frais en attente de remboursement!!!) ce qui fait des délais très long!!!
Donc même si vous garder la pièce défectueuse (reconnu par WIGGLE!!!) ils ne font aucun geste (hormis un remboursement des frais de port a valoir sur une prochaine commande!!!).
JE NE RECOMMANDE DONC PAS CE SITE et J'EMET UN DOUTE SUR LA VERACITER DES AVIS PUBLIER!!!

Le problème pour le retour est qu'il vous faut obligatoirement recevoir le retour de la pièce avant de retourner la nouvelle (ce qui fait environ 15 jours!)!
De plus, le problème n'est pas dû au transporteur, mais dû à l'emballage (ce qui fait que la nouvelle seras peut-être pire!)
C'est pour cela que je préfère garder la première que j'ai refaite tant bien que mal, plutôt que de vous la renvoyé et dans recevoir une 15 jours plus tard peut-être encore plus abimé!
C'est pour ces conditions que j'ai réclamé un dédommagement (en effet je vous fait gagné du temps et de l'argent, et moi j'ai fait l'effort de garder une pièce "récupérable" mais plus "vendable"!)
Serait-il possible, tout simplement, que vous m'envoyé une nouvelle avec un bon de retour pour pouvoir vous renvoyé la plus abimée!

For otherwise, apart from you returned a new parcel (after receiving the former sent to your expenses waiting for refund !!!) which makes delays very long !!!
So even if you keep the defective part (acknowledged by WIGGLE !!!) they do not make any gesture (except a refund of the postage costs on a next order !!!).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT SITE AND I MISS A DOUBT ON THE VERACITE OF NOTICE PUBLISH !!!

The problem for the return is that you must necessarily receive the return of the piece before returning the news (which is about 15 days!)!
Moreover, the problem is not due to the carrier, but due to the packaging (which makes the new seras perhaps worse!)
That's why I prefer to keep the first one that I redone better or worse, rather than you sent it back and in receiving a 15 days later maybe even more damaged!
It is for these conditions that I claimed a compensation (in fact I saved you time and money, and I made the effort to keep a piece "recoverable" but more "sellable"! )
Would it be possible, simply, that you send me a new one with a return voucher to be able to send you the most damaged!

Delivery takes far, far too long.
The tracking clearly shows that the product delivery starts from the UK not France. To call yourself Wiggle.fr is mis-leading to buyers located in France. .

Disappointing bike set up
Recently bought Felt Z95 disc. Delivery was a day later than expected. No problem there, it happens. Assembled the bike, very easy and straight forward. Great little tool kit included is all you need.
Front disc brake was rubbing. Required adjustments to mounting on forks and rear pad winding back.
Front derailleur would not move and was clamped on too high. This required fully resetting.
In with all the documentation there was a check list stating these had been checked fit for use. Does not give me confidence everything else on the list was completed.
With all this in mind, the bike is excellent, the delivery fast and the process great. Mistakes happen and things are missed. I was a bit put out I couldn't get out and ride straight away.

Very disappointed. Never received my order, it seems to have disappeared. Impossible for me to contact the shipping company. No reply from the customer service despite several messages. Never again.

Very good shop
Large selection, correct prises, easy tracking, easy to send items back, many product reviews. In other words: all I want from a good web shop.
Fast and reliable delivery
Living in France have used the Wiggle.Fr site for a number of purchases and have found in all cases that the delivery has been both accurate and fast. Particularly like the ability to use collection points so I don't have to wait at home for a delivery. Sometimes surprised at the size of the delivery box and packaging used relative to the size of the article being delivered. May be Wiggle could re-look at their packaging environmental foot print
Great product, incredible price!
I've buying most of my bicycle parts online, and it's the first time and not the last, I'm very pleased to experiment and I will continue to shop at WIGGLE.
All is great except the delivery.
Good price and fast process but DHL left my big box on the front of my door even if I mentioned I don't want. Anyone can take it and left with....
