Terrible organisation

I bought a rear wheel (high end model), REAR wheel! And i received a FRONT wheel.... totaly useless.
I post a comment to make them react, the comment is "moderated", understand, my comment is "censored" because negative.

Lost money, time, and my nerves...
This company is not serious...

Dishonest and disappointing

Dishonest and disappointing

Same problem as most people below.

Do not ever use wiggle if you live in France (I cannot speak for the rest of Europe). It has been one month since order. Three weeks since Hermes are "getting ready to deliver".

It is really disappointing since it is clearly a known problem. It is dishonest as even when on wiggle.fr you are ordering from a UK site. This should be in bold with warnings not hidden away in small print..I've asked for a refund but I doubt it will get be very far.

Overall, a real fall from grace from Wiggle which I thought used to be a respectable company.

No delivery after 3 weeks, and 2 weeks after latest delivery time

I ordered a saddle in June, for delivery before 7 July according to Wiggle's delivery email. I ordered from wiggle.fr for delivery to a french address, what a mistake. The goods come from England, and at 20th July still have not arrived. I have complained to Wiggle, but no answer. I would not use wiggle for France again, but a proper French company who can deliver to Europe.

Update - order number 6249959561 and now 23rd July with no delivery. Customer Services responded to my request for a refund with a prod of the delivery company, but I just want a refund and to start again with a company I can have some faith in. 3 days since customer services said they would look into it.

long term wiggle customer but leaving

I’m a long term wiggle customer living in SW France.
My latest order turned up this morning around 1 week later than promised. The issue is that all stock is dispatched from the U.K. via Parcelforce. Net result is that the Brexit changes mean it is always stuck in customs and when it gets out, it goes to GLS as the French delivery partner. Most people in France will know how bad GLS are. I’ve decided to seek alternative sources for gear now because of the shipping lottery post brexit on U.K. goods

To be fair to wiggle, they refunded the shipping costs for this order. I regret moving away but frankly it is not worth the hassle to me

It would have been 5* without a…

Great prices but improve your assortment!

Great prices but you need to update what you have in stock!

I discovered new bike e-commerces because you don’t have the basics!

Will for sure recommend it, but I will indicate that you don’t have the whole basics!

Extremly useless Customer Service - still waiting for help after 3 months...

Hello, we ordered a 850€ bike from you Wiggle online (order 6241702816) and we received it within 2 weeks in march. After testing the bike on the same day of delivery we noticed a problem because the gears were not changing properly and the chain kept derailling.

We reported it straight away and provided pictures and required informations to Wiggle. We even took the bike to our local bike shop and they confirmed that the derailleur and the hanger were bent.

We have reported all this to Wiggle since day 1 and it's been 3 months and no proper response from Wiggle to sort out the issue. Everytime we get responses every two weeks asking from the same information that we had already provided previously.

We asked for a call back... We asked for details to make a proper and official complaints and still no response.

Can someone get back to us as its getting urgent.

We spend a lot of money buying a bike and we still cannot use, thanks to you and your "so called brilliant customer service"
