Still eating after weeks for my £9.99 refund.
Not the biggest issue of the day but when a company states they’ve issued a refund you expect it to be in your bank with the 7-10 days. No. After repeated reminders and emails stated they’ve issued refund has been processed still no refund.
Very poor customer service
27/08 today after many hours & days of attempting to resolve this issue. I finally received a call from the company owner who kindly explained their companies payment systems.
The £9.99 refund was re processed and is due in my bank on 07/09.
I was also offered a 20% discount on any additional purchase.
I shall wait until 02/09 to see if the refund has been received.
It has sadly taken a company senior to contact me and hopefully resolve this issue. Let’s see if works and is received.

What I did not like was that you were displaying trainers on your website that you knew were discontinued and not in stock , this lead to you sending alternative trainers . It would be better not to mislead customers into ordering items you don't have in stock.

Cool and funky boots
Perfect boots. I may be a granny but I don't want to dress like one which is a problem if you have wide feet, so it was great to find these cool and funky boots with the added bonus of removable insoles laces and a zip for the perfect fit. I ordered the purple which were pinker than I expected but they are still lovely. They arrived quickly and well packaged. I love them!

Love my shoes but delivery took 7 (Thursday ~> Thursday) days. Was promised 3-5, person I spoke to on phone had no reasonable shoe to offer given my previous barefoot use (no idea about heel drop and firm base) after a spine operation. Shoes I did get are 3x the price from other stores selling the same shoe.

Extremely happy with the purchase. Whilst delivery wasn't next day they were very clear about expectations on delivery and used Royal Mail to do so. Very happy.
