ordered my shoes and then got a call saying my size was out of stock and would i mind a different pair same size and colour of which i was happy to do until i realised they were more expensive. But thought i will have them anyway. When delivered, totally wrong colour and steel toecap - which i do not need. I need black for work not grey.

I rang customer service to ask their advice for which trainers would be best for me due to my choice being unsuitable.
I spoke to Jemma in sales, she gave me 10 minutes of her time to recommend a style and size that would work for me and offered a discount which I accepted
I placed an order a chose black.
I received them today and they were perfect.
They sent me a pre paid label to return the original pair .
This is the service you often get from a family business.
I know because I had a family business for 34 years, and treat customers the way I would like myself to be treated.

I bought dress shoes over 3 weeks ago…
I bought dress shoes over 3 weeks ago approaching a month now. I was given a dead tracking number (Does not work) for shoes that cost me over $150. When I tried contacting their support multiple times through their email services I received no response. They legit sent me an email asking for constructive feedback on how I like my new shoes even though I never received them.... I would give them 0 stars if I could, because this is completely unprofessional. I want my money back, plain and simple. But their customer service is non existent.
8/03/26 Update: I am 100% sure these are just scammers and not a real website trying to earn your business. I have yet to receive a refund. I have also waited almost TWO MONTHS NOW and with NO SHOES! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! By the way their site says standard business shipping is 3-7 business days... I am reporting them to the better business bureau now.

Not trustworthy or bothered
Bought a pair of New Balance shoes, I was sent a different shoe to the one ordered without explanation. When I queries was advised that I was sent ‘newer’ version, but offered me £10 off. Then I find 2 weeks later (and to date) both versions are being marketed/ advertised. Called again and given unsatisfactory answer and that a manager would call me. Chased 3 times as no call back. Feel misled, and treated poorly, the way it’s been dealt with, shows to me what their true values and motives are.
The shoes in question (supposed ‘new versions’ I was sent (NB 608’s) are available from New Balance direct nearly 3 times cheaper for standard not wide fit version. £41 not £109!!!
UPDATE- still no one has been bothered to ‘reach out’ ….

I have found a pair of shoes, (trainers) that:
Fit, to the point that they have been worn daily since I bought them, between 5000 and 15000 steps per day.
My son actually commented on (that means, I think, that it was a label that he likes)
I like wearing - probably point # 1
Were in stock! I have found that extra wide, odd size shoes always seem to be out of stock when i need them
The buying experience was smooth and straight forward.
