Excellent service/ quality products
Excellent service. Jean in particular is extremely helpful. Loaded our car up for us with your fantastic topsoil. Bought one bag and just had to go back for another 4!! Thought it was going to be a struggle getting it in the car, but Jean did it all for us. My husband is disabled so it’s often difficult to buy products. Looking forward to my next visit!!! Thanks again Jean.

I came in with my toddler and bought a ladder and wood. Team were super helpful, and amazing service. Really nice people (I think it was Reece, sorry if I got that wrong) helped me to the car carrying wood.
I spend hundreds a pounds a month on DIY kit and tool. Will be coming back.
Give them all a raise.

I love this new Wickes store
I love this new Wickes store, very clean and well-thought-out use of space. I was served by Sally today, who was very friendly and helpful.
Hoped to get some topsoil today, but sold out till Wednesday, needed for lawn repair.
Only one small negative: despite the area where the fork-lift truck was working being well-barriered off (I looked), there was an annoying recorded warning announcement that seemed to be played virtually every minute, which I found very off-putting. A friend who visited the other day commented on it too.... could there maybe be lit-up notices near the barriers instead as it did disturb the peace, or an obvious visual warning sign when one walks into the store?

Easy to locate my product in the new…saffron Walden store
Easy to locate my product in the new Saffron Walden store. Very clean and well though out. A big improvement on the old homebase it replaced. Despite utilizing the same building, they managed to maximise the space and added a second floor display area. I will definitely use it again👍

Incredible service
I don’t usually take the time to leave online reviews. But after today’s visit to Wicks saffron Walden, I needed to. A young man called Shay was amazing - he had the best customer service etiquette and impeccably polite and well mannered. He’s a young chap, early on in his working career, he’s going to go far! A real credit to Wicks (and him mum!!). Thank you Shay, for your amazing service!

Made a visit to the new wicks store in…
Made a visit to the new wicks store in saffron waldon today. It was a very impressive visit. The vibe as soon as we walked in was very evident , calm, organised and lots of happy staff laughing and smiling . Clean and incredably tidy and lots of helpful staff around. Very impressed by scarlet who served me she was chatty frendly and smiley and clearly loving her new job.
Will definatly be back .

Excellent service, required a refund on paint that was purchased in error. Phil and his manager sorted the issue with no fuss! A really positive customer experience. Will definitely be using Wickes Saffron Walden again.
