Got everything I needed, big shout out to Emma on the checkout, very friendly and efficient amd happy- she is a credit to the store!

Olivia and the team are very helpful and experienced. It's a shame the systems let them down at times but they're very good to get you your product nevertheless.
Friendly service to walk into in the mornings.

I Just would like to say that a young lady called Olivia was extremely helpful to me with my order. I have never used the Reading store before but as I could not find enough packs of flooring which I needed 27 packs in my local town as they were was out of stock.
Olivia found some on the shop floor and in the storeroom she was helping me load my trolley and running around finding other items I needed.
Olivia told me to go home and off load and return back to the store and she would load up the rest of my order and would leave it in a safe place for when I returned back to the store later that day.
What a amazing young lady.

I’m in the store at least 2 times a week,
I’ve always been welcomed with a smile and good morning, Steph on the tills ( my wife’s name so can’t forget) always has time for a chat, had a big problem one time and Olivia took the time to sort it out and ring me with the answer

The staff here are fantastic, Steph & Olivia are amazing & so helpful, they are amazing employees, they always have the items I’m after, great store.

Really helpful staff, always are looking to help people out. I would thoroughly recommend this branch as they always have everything in stock and go above and beyond to make my experience worth it! 5/5 stars

I just thought I take my time and write a review for this store (Reading Wickes) as whenever I go there i always have a brilliant experience so that’s the Least I can do for them in return I visit the store quite often and weather I need some information about a product or any queries I have they always trying to answer me accurately or even go out their way to make me satisfied or to understand that I was looking for If I have to collect anything the items always ready as arranged without any difficulties and with a warm smile from most of the staff I would like to say a big Thank you for your teamwork and brilliant communication that makes me feel confident to come back next time I need something.I even know some of the staff by name after so many occasion so well done and keep your had work up Thank you Olivia,Betul,Steph,Bailey,Tony,Jazz,Devontae

I am a regular trader in this Wickes store, always have lovely faces from the women at the tills, and great customer service.

Always fast to sort out an issue, fast service and friendly staff. Steph who is one of the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and always chatty and happy.

We had Simon and his team with Cosmin and George. They were fantastic. Very clean and efficient and professional.

We are really happy with our new bathroom and the whole process was handled really well from our first visit to the final installation.
Our Wickes designer Natalia Cocos, was really helpful and knowledgable. We only have a small bathroom so options were limited but Natalia was able to help us make the most of the space, recommending tried and tested products and applying design techniques to make the room more functional and feel more spacious.
Our installer Jarek was also really good and we are very happy with the finish. He was helpful, friendly, and tidy. Our walls proved to be quite challenging once the old tiles and a window frame had been removed but they look really smart now.

Although Wickes is a known bathroom installer, I wasn't expecting much above standard when I decided to get my new bathroom with them. From start to finish the service I received was brilliant.

My design consultant, Natalia, was amazing. The design she came up with fit my vision exactly and she helped me choose some things I wasn't sure on. Then, once I'd signed the paperwork and we had the financing sorted she kept in touch to make sure the rest of the process went smoothly.

All the deliveries were organised for me, and in the case of one item that was missing from an order the re-delivery was organised without me having to lift a finger.

In terms of the fitting, the installer Gjorgti and his team were quick and efficient with the work and made sure to clarify with me on anything that wasn't clear. He went above and beyond with coming back at 9pm on the day the old bathroom was removed as I was concerned about a small drip from the old pipework onto the floorboards. They respected myself and my home and made sure to leave everything clean at the end of each day.

Natalia came back after the installation was done to check everything in case there was something I hadn't spotted and noticed a small issue with the sink overflow pipe, which Gjorgti then came back and fixed the same day.

My new bathroom is everything I wanted and I'm incredibly pleased with Wickes in every sense.

I am waiting on a delivery, when I called the delivery department for an approximate time I got no answer despite waiting for some time, I then called store to see if they could help again phone ringing but no answer.
Customer service lacking.
