Wickes - Glasgow Reviews

Just had my Wickes Bathroom installed. Despite unexpected hiccups, which were totally on my end, Kenny from the Wickes Showroom, London Road, Glasgow team was amazing throughout. Always available at the end of a text or phone and extremely helpful and patient. The installers ML Plumbing & Heating, a family team, including Paul the tiler were friendly, efficient, informative and have made my bathroom look spectacular. Cant thank them all enough.

From initial contact, thru to delivery and installation, Wickes did not disappoint.
We were lucky to get Kenny as our designer and principal point of contact. Kenny was very creative in his design, maximising space while ensuring the budget was met. A very good experience overall, and where there was a slight issue with one of the units, Kenny ensured a good resolution. He is a credit to the Wickes brand.

We had a Wickes Bespoke Kitchen fitted in August 2025. Martin at the Wickes Glasgow store provided impeccable service throughout, guiding us expertly through the design process, helping us make the most of our space and always being approachable. The installers contracted by Wickes (Menzies Kitchens) brought the design to life and the quality of the finish is excellent. Would highly recommend anyone considering a new kitchen to go to Wickes.

I place 3 orders this week from 3 companies including Wickes. One company didn't keep their website upto date on stock; it was out of order when I ordered it. They took my money and 4 days later told me they never had it. It was refunded and I had to shop elsewhere. 2nd order, the ridiculous company left off my house number on the mailing label and Parcel Force returned. They expected me to wait until they had the package back to refund me and wouldn't send it straight back out on return. I had to shop elsewhere again. Wickes ended up going out of stock of two items. I was willing to wait for delivery so they just postponed delivery saving me from shopping elsewhere. They gave the option of refund too. I really appreciated this. I wish all companies could be more flexible like Wickes. Thank you for not wasting my time, being flexible and not annoying me. I always shop from Wickes. The store side is always perfect.

The staff at the Glasgow London Road store were fantastic, extremely helpful thanks, well done and keep up the good work!!

Served by morag, extremely helpful, answered all my questions with a friendly and pleasant smile

My mum and I met with Terri in the London Road Glasgow store. From the start to end of the appointment Terri was incredibly professional and understanding of our needs. She listened and gave wonderful and practical suggestions to help us to decide on the final design of the kitchen. Her kindness and understanding made the whole experience stress free. Thank- you Terri, we really appreciated all of your help. Moira and Yvonne.

I knew from experience that Wickes are a good company to deal with when buying a kitchen. A soon as I met with their surveyor Kenny he made it clear to ask any question and ensure you achieve your dream kitchen. We have now ordered our new kitchen and happy to be working with Kenny and Wickes

Thank you to Scott C. who assisted me when I visited Wickes in Glasgow (8352) to have some paint mixed to my colour specification. He was so helpful and helped me select the correct paint for my job and then matched the colour to what I wanted. Great experience and first class customer care. Thank you! ☺️

Thanks so much to Nicky working at the London Road Glasgow store today. She was so helpful (twice). Excellent communication skills. A perfect employee and Wickes is very lucky to have her. Maybe she could help train other employees and show them how it’s done.

Kenny G was excellent. He really helped me find everything I need. Friendly service

Kenny of London Road sorted the en-suite! Making it easy and pain free! Hope it all goes as well with fitting in next few months! Recommend!! There’s so many bathroom projects adverts it’s confusing but he made it pain free :))

From our initial consultation with Martin Shaw, everything was completely hassle free. Martin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the design we wanted. Stevie, the fitter from Clearwater Solutions was also excellent - nothing was a hassle to him. Kitchen fitted in good time to a very high standard allied to a very good price for all the work means we are extremely satisfied and would definitely use Wickes again for future home improvements.

Been to Kenny in Wickes Glasgow a few times and most recently for an en suite and cloakroom WC refurb. Always really helpful, professional and goes out of his way to help. Shout out to Kenny but also to Ian T the fitter who was excellent throughout. A great job and really happy. Thanks Kenny and Ian.

Daryn designed my kitchen and he was brilliant, took my budget well into concern and maximised the use I could get out of the space. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly communicated with me throughout the whole process. Would recommend Wickes kitchens as their staff are amazing!

Wickes is my go to place for all my materials. As Im am self employed I have shopped around in the past for the best rates and trade discounts etc: wickes is by far the best for me and I shop there 4-5 times per week. The staff are great, very helpful when needed. Tricia is generally who serves me each morning and is always welcoming as you enter the store, helpful polite and another reason why I shop here.
