Wickes - Dudley Reviews 

I am a regular customer to this dudley branch. Very rare it doesn't stock my plaster materials. The Staff also are super friendly and very helpful. Christian often asks how my work is going and did you find all materials needed for that job.

Kerry was incredibly helpful and friendly! I needed a paint colour that only came in the ‘kitchen’ range, she kindly colour matched it to a standard matt emulsion for me. Excellent customer service.

Had everything we needed for a raised garden project, great price compared to competitors

I came in Wicks’s Dudley store and store assistant Christian came to me seeing I was needing advice about products he was very helpful and professional and I gave him £267 order and he made me very comfortable in your store. This store assistant has helped me in the past as well and he’s very confident within his job role. I always feel welcome when I come to Wicks’s and I’m about to order a new kitchen and bathroom because your team at Wicks is also so professional.

I had a really positive experience with Christian at the Dudley branch. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his professionalism made the whole experience really easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Christian and the Dudley branch!

Really good experience gindy the design consultant was a star she stayed over to help us out although she was due to go home and she did what she does best on a design for our kitchen thanks agin would recommend

We had a kitchen delivered in may. On delivery we noticed that the integrated microwave that was incorporated into the design (which was designed by their staff) with wickes did not fit into the cupboard. We contacted wickes that weekend and apparently everything was in motion and the microwave would be collected and we would be refunded. We are now in July, the microwave is still sat in my living room and no refund in my bank account. We have a gap in our kitchen which is where the microwave was supposed to go 3 months down the line. We have tried to contact our kitchen designer, the store directly and wickes with no response or action. We are currently at the point in our house renovation where we need the microwave out of our living room and we are ready to move in so ideally we need a microwave. I am utterly disappointed with the service we have received and have had no rectification of this matter. If you want a fully functional kitchen I would not recommend wickes to anybody

Super helpful staff, made a wonderful contribution to our community garden of a water butt & guttering so we can capture water from one of the buildings. Gurdeep the manager was lovely and very accommodating, and we had a lovely chat with another staff member about the area where our project is and how it has changed since she went to the school next door! Overall, wonderful service and contribution to community project. Thank you Wickes Dudley! :)

We recently visited the Wickes Dudley store and received outstanding service from Charlie. He was friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions and help us find exactly what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and his excellent customer service made our visit a really positive experience. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about helping customers

GREAT BRANCH....visited to get gravel, need help from a member of staff (Jake) he was more than happy to help me out. I was very impressesed with how professonal he was for such a young member of staff...Thanks Jake....overall the branch is clean and tidy ....loads of stock, the kitchen showroom area is lovely, highly recommended fot that new kitchen. I always use this branch for any DIY need
