Wickes - Aylesbury Reviews 

Choosing Wickes comes with a warning - should you have any issues, following new Bathroom Installation, do not expect Wickes to fix/address/ respond/resolve, in a timely manner! We had Wickes full Bathroom Installation in April 2025, nothing but problems since, still waiting for Action from Wickes!! Wickes will respond saying a line of communication is open, which is correct, but keep going round in circles! Some of our queries have been sat with Wickes, to address/resolve/ investigate/action since April 2025! Since 6 September 2025, 10+ weeks and counting, we are unable to Shower in our new Bathroom (is our only Bathroom), awaiting action from Wickes, on this issue and others, some of which, have been sat with Wickes, since April 2025, following Installation!
ONLY GO WITH WICKES, IF YOU DO NOT MIND WAITING!!

Chloe the designer took into account everything my Mother wanted for her bathroom and was very positive and nice to work with, the deliveries and the work were organised very well and Voytek the plumber/builder was fantastic completing a quite difficult job in a small space. Well done Wickes.

John was dedicated to ensuring that our kitchen was exactly how we imagined it to be….and more. He went above and beyond, even working the weekends to ensure he stuck to the time schedule. He scheduled his team of tradesmen perfectly and communication throughout the process was exemplary. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their kitchen installation. I can’t imagine there is anyone better than John in the industry.

I had a wonderful experience when I last went to Wickes. I was looking around and needed some help and a lovely lady Millie came and helped me. I felt very comfortable and I found what I was looking for. Again Millie was extremely helpful and her customer service was excellent

Our design consultant, Macheala, was very good. She listened to our requirements and then helped us to choose beautiful bathware items that allowed to realise our vision.

Had a delightful experience at Wickes Aylesbury, where they had the items I needed to decorate my tea room. Such lovely vibrant shades of paint I must say!
I want to thank Simon for his help, he was thoughtful, kind, and dare I say it, a bit of a studmuffin. I would gladly take out my false teeth for him ;)

Chris is a fantastic sales assistant who helped me with everything I needed. He answered all my questions positively and then went the extra mile, saying he would happily help me bring my trolley to my car and help load it for me.

Chloe Folds, our Kitcheb Consultant based in Aylesbury, designed and ordered our Wickes kitchen. She is superb, understands the products inside out and how everything works together: Endless useful advice.. (my husband did the fitting himself) A few parts were broken or missing and Chloe personally sorted out the problem. A problem that could have caused us grief was handled personally by her and saved us reacting to the company. Chloe deserves high recognition for the effort and care she places with her customers. We are pleased with the end results

Denise help a lot thank you even with her crouches

I went to Wickes the other day to find a new signature colour for the outside of my house. I walked into the store and was immediately met with a radiant worker, Denise, who helped me find the right colour after I had explained to her what my vibe was. I can not be more ecstatic at the amount of workers who know how to do their job. This is a new for me, everywhere I go I get met with attitude and rude comments, but she was so calm and spoke to me like a human. After picking out my colour she checked me out and I am so happy with the paint I got, when leaving she told me "Have a good day!" and I was pleased with her service and hospitality.

I went to wickes yesterday to get some paint and new decking floor for my patio when i walked in i was greeted by a lovely employee named Denise she was very polite and gave loads good suggestions on which would go well I was very pleased with her attitude towards good hospitality

We've just had our bathroom completed with Chloe Folds from the Aylesbury store helping us design it, and Wickes approved fitters carrying out the work. We're very very happy with the result, the design process with Chloe was great and she really took the time to double check things and thought of extra details and that would be important not to miss. She was on hand to discuss any changes or concerns we had which was a reassurance to us given that we were spending what was for us quite a lot of money on the project. The bathroom fitters (Andy and Matt) were really good as well, they tidied up as they went and got things back useable as possible at the end of each day, minimising the inconvenience to us. As and when we can afford to redo our kitchen, we would definitely approach Chloe again for design help! Thanks very much.

I had a great experience in the Aylesbury store. I had a very helpful young man called Joe who showed me where items were and helped me to the car afterwards

A truly professional and friendly service. Click and collect app easy and goods ready when I got there. No wait and friendly staff. I was even offered by Dave operations if I wanted help which I accepted as was a heavy load of compost. Great experience from beginning to end. I ALWAYS by my goods here because the staff know what they are talking about and give good advice, whereas other DIY stores employ inexperienced people in my view.

What a great bunch of people will use them again as standard good job guys and girls see you soon.

Needed some wood to put up a curtain pole. A staff member was there to help me pick the wood I needed

Always have what I need for decorating. Staff are very knowledgeable about paint and always give me the advice I need.

Shop here regularly and it’s always a good experience. Staff are really good and helpful
