Upon reviewing our communication history, it appears that your initial contact regarding a fabric fault with your WW set was received on 26 November. We responded promptly within a few hours, expressing regret for the inconvenience and offering our complete assistance. In accordance with our standard protocol, we requested visual documentation of the reported issue to better understand and address the matter effectively.

Your response on 27 November detailed the problem but did not include the requested images. In our subsequent communication, we reiterated the importance of the images for a thorough assessment, explaining their integral role in our resolution process. Later that day, we received the images from your end.

Our team responded courteously on 28 November, acknowledging receipt of the images and confirming the commencement of an investigation into the reported issue. We assured you of our commitment to promptly provide a resolution. On 29 November, we processed a full refund, as requested, and additionally extended a courtesy store credit as a gesture of apology.

Considering this timeline, I note that the matter was effectively addressed within three business days, despite a slight delay in receiving the initially requested images, which falls well within our established service standards.
