Worst wholesale I've bought from
Worst wholesale I've bought from. I bought 40 pcs Ralph Lauren sweaters and 20 pcs Lacoste. It cost me about 800euros. Half of them had holes or stains, many were ralph lauren SLEEPWEAR, and more than half were XXL, XL TALL, etc, even though I specifically asked for sizes up to L maximum. Lacoste sweaters had also holes/stains. I sent them a complaint email and never got a response. Stay away! My order number was 0001779.

never buy from here, I ordered 10kg of clothes... and the ad showed that it had lacoste, dickies, carhartt and ralph lauren, 8 shirts from ralph lauren came and the rest was just kalvin klein and hugo boss, no carhartt or lacoste, well dickies. and then didnt respond me in messages for a return or something. I'm very sorry for me to spent €200 on this.

Hola! Sentimos tu decepción pero tienes diferentes packs de camisas en la web. Compraste las del kilo que, cuestan alrededor de 3 euros la unidad, con las de Ralph Lauren ya le sacas beneficio. Si quieres solo de marcas en concreto tienes la opcion en la web pero el precio aumenta. Además en los lotes también se incluye levi´s, tommy y otras marcas. Un saludo!

Nosotroso no vamos a pagar los portes de vuelta de un pedido que esta bien, si lo quieres devolver, puedes hacerlo pero nosotros no nos hacemos cargo. Por eso PAYPAL nos ha dado la razón. Sabemos que eres una clienta problematica que todos los pedidos tienes problemas, no solo con nosotros si no con todos los mayoristas de Europa.
The Worst Experience I ever had
Tried to cancel my order right after the payment and before the shipment was sent, tried multiple times by email, message and Instagram and no response. Now my order as arrived and I asked for refund, and still no response. Absolute pathetic and irresponsible company.

Ordered 100 Ralph Lauren sweaters and ended with 100 Lauren by Ralph Lauren tops....
80 % of them are just absolute rubbish not even worth half the wholesale price i paid and impossible to sell. Dirty, with stains, washed and not even dry ! a complete absolute pile of RUBBISH, so YEs of course i was pissed off with those guys and their childish unprofessional attitude. FAKe advertising, pretentious, agressive : STAY AWAY from these guys !
huge disappointment for that first order and the seller immediately answers me with : "it's your fault".
Woah ! nice mindset ! won't come back that's for sure !
Make sure to clarify WHAT exactly you'll get from those guys, or like many others of these big sellers they will just rip you off. they don't even deserve 1/5 ratings : it's a zero.

Una pena que el cliente "siempre tenga la razon". Comparto la conversación para que cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones. En resumen el cliente compró un lote de Lauren Sueters, que se ve claramente en la descripcion y en las fotos, por 4,5 euros la unidad. Se quejaba de que no le llegaron sueters de ralph lauren de mujer con el logo del caballo, cuando es bastante mas caro. La informacion se explica claramente en la web y simplemente poniendo en el buscador Ralph Lauren de Mujer, te salen las dos categorias bien diferenciadas. Podría haberlo devuelto sin ningun problema el pedido pero como nos insulto nada mas abrirnos el chat, dimos por cerrada la conversación. Recomendamos al cliente encarecidamente que acuda a un especialista para gestionar su agresividad y que le expliquen que exponiendo un problema de manera amable y educada, siempre se encuentra una solución y más con empresas serias como la nuestra. Un saludo!

Youy should say Lauren by Ralph Lauren in the ad and be clear about it, what you show in the ads is only visuals of proper Ralph Lauren sweaters with the pony.

I bought 5 Carhartt jackets
I bought 5 Carhartt jackets, and they arrived in 10 business days, right on time. The quality of the jackets was good, but one had two big diesel stains. Other than that, everything was great. I plan on making more purchases in the future.
