Great choice of Products
Having looked around online for a long time to buy garden furniture we decided that we needed to visit an actual store so that we could look and try it. We decided to travel to Manchester and were not disappointed. We were made to feel welcome and had a good look round and any queries were answered straight away. We ended up purchasing all our garden furniture there and then. The store is great over two floors. The customer service was excellent and free parking. We would not hesitate in recommending White Stores Manchester for all their garden furniture needs. The quality of the furniture is excellent.

Jack and Elliott
Jack and Elliott were very friendly and polite. They were very professional and quickly unpacked and transported the furniture into the garden. They noticed something was wrong with my storage box and made a phonecall to the supplier. Thanks to them it has been returned and I was told my options.

A quick Google brought me to this store, am I’m so pleased. The cover we purchased for our outdoor furniture is perfect. Great quality, the straps ensure it’s a tight fit and it’s got an air vent.

After disastrous experience with byways…
After disastrous experience with byways their installation companie, there is now a problem with the blinds that are not working effectively and puckering up. I have sent videos. I have sent spirit level alignment of the post and White stores. Keep apportioning the blame to Byways whereas legally they are responsible because that's who I purchased the product from and they keep delaying time to get it sorted. Absolutely disgusting after sales service.

A bit of a wait as the furniture we purchased was out if stock.
But well worth the wait. It’s great furniture well made. Cushions are nice and thick. Very happy looks lovely
Delivery was good too . Just one mark on the coffee table looks like a deep-scratch but I'm not prepared to wait so long for a replacement.

Pergola purchase
We recently purchased a pergola from White Stores Manchester and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
We visited the showroom on a completely random weekday, not really knowing much about pergolas. Although we’d done quite a bit of research and had a good idea of what we wanted, we weren’t even sure it would be possible because we needed a particularly tall pergola to accommodate our patio doors, which open outwards.
We were fortunate that, on the day we visited, one of the sales assistants, Wado, was working. He was very helpful and took us around the store, explaining all the different options and variations and really taking the time to understand what we needed. He was able to design a pergola that worked perfectly for our requirements, taking into consideration the specific details of our space and even suggesting things we hadn’t thought of ourselves.
Wado was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. He is such a warm and friendly person, and we immediately felt comfortable asking questions and discussing our ideas with him. His knowledge of the products and his willingness to find a solution for us made such a difference, and we never felt rushed or pressured.
We also arranged for White Stores to deliver and fit the pergola for us. The fitting was carried out by two men from Bayway Logistics, who did an excellent job. They checked with us at every stage of the installation, explained what they were doing and made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. They were quick, efficient and extremely polite, and they cleared everything away once the job was finished.
We’re absolutely delighted with the finished pergola. It looks beautiful, fits our space perfectly and has completely transformed our patio.
A huge thank you to Wado and the team at White Stores Manchester, as well as the two men from Bayway Logistics. We’re absolutely delighted with our pergola and highly recommend them!
